i would say that Nicholls felt the first call from Lyon was somewhat nebulous if Lyon thinks it was the right decision to leave him out completely - FAIR ENOUGH - wrong IMO But Scott obviously felt he was in with a chance for the race off or he would not be saying now he thought he deserved a call from Lyon telling him otherwise would he ?

the shirt or the tattoo did not really worry me to be honest speedway is a curios sport - The guesting system ins league racing etc however i doubt u would see Troy batchelor in a Team GB pit

and an aussie flag tattoo on his back

IMO Scott should have ridden last night All this bumf about the kids stood up etc is unture KING and BRIDGER hardly got a point between them by all means take them along get them in the pits etc BUT nicholls should have been in the side Then 2 of KING BRIDGER OR WOOFY would have gained even more experience in a cauldron on saturday ! instead of trailing behind in an empty stadium Last year was poor but to blame it all on Nicholls is frankly bullrubbish even RICO said after the meeting that scott will be back next year so i cant see the riders having a problem with him

but there again I cannot recall ever having had a bad experience with any rider Me neither - all of them i have met with my lad have been very approachable - however some do go out of their way to make kids feel special -( a word a shake of the hand etc - means the world to a 4 yr old) and Scott is one of those

not getting into all the bitching all i will say is that myself and my 4 year old son have met Scott on many occassions and he has never been anything less than a complete gent - always makes my lads day
