Intended as a pathway for emerging FT riders toward higher international level, 24 riders from 12 countries met in 12 heats, a 'Last Chance' semi, and a Final, which was won by Ossi Rantala of Finland, riding through the meeting unbeaten. Czech rider Vít Janoušek was runner-up, with Max Hellmann of Austria in 3rd place.
