  1. There's a piece in The Sheffield Star today with Simon saying how he's looking forward to riding Sheffield again, so god knows what's happening!
  2. Watching the moves Complin made at Sheffield the other week were simply breathtaking. If he turns up in the same form then he'll beat Roynan quite comfortably!
  3. What????!!!!!!! I can't get my breath!!! Stupid people in charge........
  4. What a joke!! No Joe Haines... the under 21 British Champion???
  5. Not if you're a Sheffield fan!
  6. I think Jakobsen originally came in on a 7 point average for Stoke?
  7. Tai Woffinden, Rory Schlein, Iversen and Peter Karlsson have now been confirmed.
  8. I thought Chris Holder and Darcy Ward were announced at the end of last season to be riding in this meeting?

I'd have Tim in my team next year, really impressed with him when he came to Sheffield

    Plymouth 2012

I also agree that Ben is far too good for the Pl, he should be setting his targets higher - no disrespect to the PL .. we need young Brits up there!

    James Toseland

I used to love watching James as the underdog when Neil Hodgson was on the works bike - he had some amazing results!

I'm a big fan of both Sam and Alex Lowes and agree that they seem to be doing a lot of crashing this year. Mind you, so did Marc Marquez the other year and look where he is now!

The way Shane has been riding Sheffield this year, I think there is a strong possibility that he can win it. The way he just twists the throttle open when needed is amazing. Before this year, I wasn't particularly a fan of Shanes but, by God, what a Messiah he is when it's needed!

    Scunthorpe

I'm sure he can do both!!!!!
  18. I don't know if I heard right last night at Sheffield (hoggy does sound muffled at times on the PA!) but even though this meeting was free, wasn't there a chance to pay into a collection for JLO?
  19. Money!!! Or you probably wouldn't be running a NL team this year

    Shane Parker to win it

    Saints V I.o.w/belle Vue Colts

    I agree there!
  22. It's called double standards which is the norm with speedway
  23. So glad I've decided not to go
  24. Top rider is Chris Holder in my opinion - to me there's only two riders in the GP series that still come across gracefully in interviews when things are not going so well and that's Chris Holder and Greg Hancock.
