The Monarchs press release will be out today no doubt, I see from the official site that Chris Slabon has been added to the field. Most of the field are mentioned on the Scottish Open thread on the Chatzone. Remember to hold onto your re-admission ticket

Tully has confirmed on the Monarchs Chatzone that the result stands. Maybe one day the fans will be informed of the rules before a competition starts?

There were two big temporary stands when I was there late October. I imagine they will be in place again. Given the history of the Chapmans behaviour where Monarchs are concerned, I am the last fan likely to support KL, but after two visits there this season I would say it is one of the best stadia I have visited - certainly the best set-up in the PL and better than the EL tracks I have been to - Eastbourne, BV, Wolves Swindon and Oxford when they were running. I only do a few away meetings further south but I will definately be at KL next season.

Did you really mean to use that description??? lol Good to see the field increased to 16. I attended a few years ago with a 12 man field and felt a bit cheated that the racing was finished so soon. was it only 12 heats or so? maybe 13 if there was a final? Nice to see promoters listening to the fans, maybe the BSPA will do the same one day?

My feelings exactly, i am booked into a travelodge before getting a ferry to france on the sunday morn - so i think - sat night ? darn sarff? rye house? then i saw it was practice for the u21, then I saw it was £10!!!!! given that watching speedway at rye house lasts for 2 seconds till bend 2 I think I'll give that a miss and drive an extra 100 odd mile to visit Eastie
