ACTUALLY there are limitations on the size and shape of the track that can be installed... for many and especially those who return year after year it is the occasion, the atmosphere and the whole day that combines to make it special.

MY only issue with Warsaw is that it is out of town whereas the Principality is slap bang in the middle of Cardiff and requires just a short walk from bar to stadium

MY personal view is that Cardiff will be back. The cost of staging a speedway GP in a stadium without a roof remains prohibitive given the British weather. THERE is no alternative in Sweden or Germany .... in Britain there is.

PROVES NewsTeam does work but obviously we have to iron out the issues that some people are experiencing. Our plan is to use the money saved on Royal Mail on a heavier paper for SS with effect from our pre-season special (May 15th). Last year's dramatic loss of sales during the initial lockdown and a cancelled season left us with no option but to save a substantial sum on paper. We still have a long way to go to get those sales back but, as Tesco might say, "every little helps."

BECAUSE of the distinct possibility that Covid restrictions could come into play for riders crossing to and from Germany and the Teterow club simply do not have the experience or facilities to run in a bubble with testing facilities protecting not just the riders but also the officials, mechanics, etc. The Swedish league has already been put back to June.

YOU make some good comments and we will take them on board. NewsTeam can only grow, let alone survive, if their delivery promises are fulfilled and the more publications they can handle, newspapers or periodicals, the more viable and profitable it becomes. We have to keep this in perspective (over 1800 delivered successfully last Thursday) but even one non-delivery is one too much. I would add that NewsTeam executives are working hard to resolve any issues but as long as the number staying with Royal Mail stays as it is we can swallow that. However, there are still a considerable number that at present cannot be delivered by NewsTeam and our hope is that as they expand that number will come down.

THAT'S an idea but sure everyone involved would want to do that. Easier to put a few back to Royal Mail.

TRUE but they deliverer over 50,000 daily newspapers and a variety of other magazines. Their app has all the details (address) they need and we even have photos sent to us of the property where it has been delivered. The bottom line is that it is cheaper than Royal Mail and when every penny counts that has to be a major consideration.

OF course. We don't doubt that you did not receive your SS and this highlights some of the teething problems we are having with NewsTeam. Their delivery records state that your copy was delivered at 06.38 on April 8th. Each week so far we have had more than 50 people not receiving their mag despite NewsTeam claiming it had been delivered. It is a mystery and one they are trying to resolve.
