Great start to have decent 3.00 reserve. I think Bradley Andrews will be the other reserve and hopefully he will push on after a frustrating debut season. As for the rest of this seasons side...Danny Ayres would be a great singing, Nathan Greaves would a great addition again.

I think a top two of Ayers and Perry should be strong enough with so many riders like Clegg ineligible next year. If Belle Vue don't run then Perry swapped with Bewley would work but he is just a kid and you cannot expect him to be our out and out number one. Its going to be interesting to see who signs this year as I think the league is in a bit of a low point and we have not got to many decent riders coming through.

Might as well make a start on 2017 now as I need something give me my speedway fix. First question, are we going to move back to Tuesday as Wolves now have extra fixtures with the league getting slightly bigger? How are we going to beat Birmingham this year? Is the end of 2017 our only foreseeable future? I just don't see it being feasible to stay at Monmore for many more years mainly because we have no contract or anything that guarantees us a team year on year.

That young lad will go far...really was a pleasure to watch him ride! At just 16 and putting up against the big boys was brilliant! He had an eventful 3rd ride where he nearly skittled everyone else on track after storming into the lead from the gate. This is why I love this league, I'm watching future British champions and I do belive a possible world champion in Max Clegg but that's just my opinion!

You can mislead fans by knowing that match won't be on and then leave it till Monday 6pm to tell us! Same the way the track wasn't ready on Friday but 6000 fans turned up on Saturday! Hmmm And tell me anywhere where cradley promotion told us the fixture was not on! It was one man on Facebook who announced it! As I said before he could have misheard or made it up! The announcement the match was off was by a fan not by the promotion of cradley! One man and Facebook! There investigation over! Sort the track out and give people their money back! The three promotions have a right to their fans to let them know what is going on...I'm not going to travel up on Monday if there is any doubt the meeting won't go ahead. I'd like to point out that the Cradley promotion has not released any information about the fixtures and that the confusion came from one fan on Twitter that it was announced at the meet the riders night on Monday! There was nothing official and the man on Facebook could have miss heard or made it up (Doubt it though) The fact is yesterday Cradley said on Twitter that the fixture was on until further information was reported.... So belle vue need to sort this out and stop misleading fans with lack of information...Also the whole debarcle is Belle Vues promotions fault IMO, there was testing meetings for the stadium but not for the track so they got that wrong, and then they got all wrong on the day with the facilities they put on for 6000 people! I think Cradley need to be cut some slack cause they have nothing anywhere through their official media that Monday is off

The easy way to police it is for someone on the management to check it during the meeting to see if anyone is streaming it, work out where they are in the crowd by the angle it's take and ask them politely to stop doing it. Woffinden did it for a meeting he was presenting the trophy at and I watched it after he linked it on his Twitter account! You just have to embrace it, maybe clubs could stream heat 15 off it to get people from outside to watch if they can get an audience! In addition, the NFL and NBA you can by season passes to watch all the matches your want of a particular team! It's the franchise model that makes this work as the more people watch a particular team the more of the split they get from the price! There is lots of ideas, if I had a choice of £200 for a season ticket to be there and £300 to watch every home and away fixture then it be intresting to see what people would pick! The more people watching it on tele the more adverts can be part of the production and this is how the NFL makes its money! TV is the reason for success and money in the big sports, Speedway just don't make the most of it! The riders do with sponsors but the sport just show it and hope people watch!

It's the fact the of your going to most matches then the season ticket is just good value if you go far in the cup and into play offs!

I was just reading through the posts on the cradley website and I was surprised that the club had been overwhelmed by resoonce to season ticket sales and that we were approaching 200 season ticket sales. I don't know about you lot here but does 200 seem lower than you thought, they say that it's a good amount of sales and it is but a little lower than I thought. I know we are well supported but I usually seen towards 1000 at cradley meetings!?

I don't think we will start very good but finish very strong! I think Andrews and Purchase will leap frog the second strings into their positions! I agree also, it's either going to be formidable or a complete disaster from a Cradley point of view! It's an exciting league this year, lots of riders and team who could ruffle feathers and get amongst the pigeons! This is why I love NL speedway and hope stay here for a while yet!

It's not on the road, if you go to the bottom of Canal street it's there and the old train route used to run through! If you go on google maps and find it, on the actually map view the old railway track is on the map and that's the line that metro want to use. The link between Wolverhampton and Brum is majority on old lines from the 1930s!

It's a decent bit of land, I went to go and have a look when roumers first came about. There are houses still quite close to the stadium and to be honest it wasn't down the best street as of canal street but it would have been perfect for a track. They need to look further afield, maybe somewhere in Tipton Wednesbury or West Brom and just get a track in the area not in cradley or Dudley who have given us no hope!
