I'm quite happy with the final 1-7. Plenty of scope for average increases from Holder & the reserve pairing, a point each is not unreasonable. Ully will be better than last season & the rest are all capable of chipping in with heat wins. Cautious optimism for a play-off spot, but fancy a cup win.

Can't disagree with any of that & not advocating one league, just not a fan of doubling up. Not sure how it can be avoided though.
-
Doubling up can only be avoided by having one league, it's a necessary evil to make ends meet for riders who don't get a gig abroad.

Add BWD to them, assuming he signs. Can see him at Kings Lynn or Leicester
-
Eddie Kennett - if he is looking to double up where else could he go apart from EOES? Edinburgh a long trek after Fri meeting back to Hoddesdon for Rye on Saturday. Working to not a sat night track & can't see him at Red-carpet.

Cracking team that, though think we'll have Starke not Allen.
-
Bradley Wilson-Dean at 6 I hope. Holder, Lambert, Ully, Starke, Hansen, Wilson-Dean & Bacon. Can see most of top five adding at least half a point to their average & at least a point from each reserve.

BWD would be a better option than Grondal if it fits.
-
Strength all round seems to be the way forward, especially at home where it cost us dearly last season only winning half the meetings.

Emil Grondal has announced on Twitter today he's signed a UK contract for 2017. Am guessing he's going to partner Tom Bacon at reserve.
