As I read it Brandon estates don't want Sandu involved so what is stopping Sandu backing a consortium to buy the stadium then moving his stox business back in. I mean by supplying the financial support as a sleeping partner?

Read in the star that Horton says that Sandu has been in discussions as have other interested parties .Does this mean Brandon estates are looking to sell or lease Horton also says parties other than myself are in discussions?

Think you will find its of steel construction. The old stand was wood that's why they had to pull it down and build a new one after the big football stand fire

I don't think they have any chance of planning in the near future and with 6.000 + houses being built in the borough in the next five years on the old BT site which is vertualy a new town with schools etc.So they may have to sell and recoup some money on Brandon

It is better for Brandon estates to let the stadium stand empty.If they let speedway and stox back in it will be harder to get planning permission so they just keep blocking every attempt for the two sports to get back
