    Kings Lynn 2019

Len Silver told a whole crowd that.

    Ipswich 2019

...and Kemp, the subject of the original question, is neither.

    Ipswich 2019

The new minimum is a real average of 3 (>=4.5 CL converted) not assessed.

    Peterborough Panthers 2019

The only way to stop riders doubling up is to stop riders doubling up. Coming up with indirect rules that you hope will stop it is never going to work in the devious, murky world of team building.

    Peterborough Panthers 2019

Workington have signed BWD assuming he is on his full 6 point average with no reduction. Although the AGM PR said all ex-NL riders qualify it's been suggested that it only applies to those that meet the current British passport and ACU licence requirement. BWD qualified by patriality in 2015 which is why he was assessed at 5 rather than 3 and that situation no longer applies.

    Belle Vue 2019

Guest for any of the top 3 then as you say.

    Belle Vue 2019

    It's top 3.

    Eastbourne 2019

No relation to Oliver Berntzon then?

    Commentator of the Year

From the make up of the shortlists it looks like the King's Lynn nomination was for its stock car presence. With Mount Panorama on the list it's hard to believe that any other track got a look in but it only came 8th of 10. The only speedway relevance I could see was Drew Kemp in the Young Rider category who was 10th.

    He did.

    2019 Championship Confirmed Signings

King & Howarth get the reduction as does Harris for Somerset. Latest info is that it's only British riders with NL & CL experience, so basically everyone except Scott Nicholls.

    Wolves 2019

Those are without the 2.5% reduction for British riders.

    AGM November 2018

The final averages are out @ http://www.speedwaygb.co.uk/request.php?430 and they've quite helpfully listed the 3 pointers as 3 pointers...

    Peterborough Panthers 2019

It used to be for the first 3 years after moving up from the NL but now appears to apply to all British riders that have ever been in the NL or CL.

    Workington 2019

Forget that, I was totally wrong. I didn't read down far enough. Doh!!!

    Workington 2019

Not true though. Poor wording of the rule means that riders that have previously ridden in the league due to patriality would still be eligible. The British passport and ACU licence stipulation only applies to riders new to the league. We know what they mean but it's not what they say.

    AGM November 2018

I'd guess actual average between 2 and 3 and assessed 2 below that.

    Belle Vue 2019

The 15th, to be pedantic, or the 8th if Easter is early, even more so.

    Edinburgh 2019

...which may or may not be the whole story. AGM PRs have a history of throwing up incomplete or misleading statements, as do the regulations.

    Ipswich 2019

Not Nicholls(no NL/CL), definitely King(CL) and possibly BWD(NL) & Schlein(CL) if it is all riders as originally announced.

    2019 Swedish Eliteserien fixtures

    For confirmation.

    2019 Swedish Eliteserien fixtures

PL and CL both had Monday and Thursday priority on the 2018 ISLB calendar.
  24. Alan_Jones

    2019 Swedish Eliteserien fixtures

Because anyone can race on any day but only one country has priority on each day. Sweden can race on Thursdays but PL (& if necessary CL) have priority.
