I understand there is a memorial to Rico somewhere in Poland ( I've been told 2 different places)

Can anyone tell me location (s) please, as my girlfriend and I would like to go pay tribute in a couple of weeks.

Statue? Don't think so. 

There's a Lee Richardson Skatepark in Rzeszow with a commemorative plaque:

it says:

In memory of Lee Richardson, notable English speedway rider, who died tragically on 13th May 2012 at the age of 33, when representing Speedway Stal Rzeszow.
