Exactly my thought Spin King. Every rider that is participating here is doing so for the cause & not for what some fans perceive them to be as a rider. That should be commended always. He may finish bottom of the pile as i've said , but that isn't what's important.

Because they need a rider who will definetly finish 16th.

World Champion Jason Crump is now also a definite starter. The context of how this meeting was run by Charles Ochilltree made it very important that Jason rode in this meeting. The addition of the World Champion makes it as bonafide to the context of that history as it can possibly be in modern age speedway.
