Cant see why newman has not been signed up by poole already. Or for that matter any of the top draft riders as it seems that they are either at reserve again or teams will have to use them in the 1-5. So unless they are not wanted there is no need too wait for the agm.

And I take it that this promoter includes him/herself, as being a promoter you are a part of the bspa and collectively make the decisions

it seems to me that the underling factor here is sky, we dont seem to get this happening at other meeetings its obvious if they werent there it would have been called once the the deluge had happened, managers/promoters from any club are going to want it to go their way when asked in front of the cameras, thats obvious, but if the cameras were not there the ref would have come down to speak with the managers and captains and a decision made jointly. as we have seen at BV last year and at swindon this year as with last night it seems with sky involved, we have a meeting coordinator who doesnt appear to do much other than relay what sky tells him to the ref, (why do we need one just for tv) is when the 10 heats come into play.

i cant see how the draft or reserves can be blamed, as even when BV have been able to chose their reserves from a so called wealth of foreign talent that is out there, they have managed to pick the likes of, ostergaard, sitera, jankowski, kling, eklof, dryml, nemo, stachrya in recent seasons, who have done them proud havent they ?
