is Benzoylecgonine not what they class as the breakdown product

its whats left after you take cocaine  it does not make its own cocaine in the body

your liver disolves the cocaine and produces Benzoylecgonine from the cocaine

cocaine if used  now and then cant be traced after a few hours but the Benzoylecgonine stays for days after use

    do a little research

You are correct. I got a little confused.

BUT..... "Benzoylecgonine can be found in medical products as a topical muscle relaxer, anesthetic or to relieve muscle pain."

That was the downside of the "rising star" system. Newcastle dropped promising young Brit Connor Mountain because he wasn't a "RS" replaced him with Joe Alcock who was nowhere near ready, then replaced him with Archie Freeman who was even further away from being ready.

Obviously he got "free practice" but did going in the Champ far too early, hinder his progress?

Ideally you want riders to be NL heat leaders before stepping up.

When did Newcastle "drop" Connor Mountain? He rode throughout the whole of the 2021 season and was given a starting place at his own club the following year, which ruled him out of the Diamonds team.  Joe Alcock rode in the first 3 matches and was replaced by Jack Parkinson-Blackburn, who lasted 4 matches and he was then replaced by Archie.

Despite clubs seemingly having very blank calendars, there's no available Saturdays for a re-staging until June 22nd when the BSN fixture could replace the scheduled league fixture.

If Plymouth beat Scunthorpe in the KOC then 28th April becomes available.

I can see the BSN series lasting a lot longer than last year.

Would the League fixture not take priority?

If the laws of the land are applied then the planning breaches will be brought up and the changes of use proposed will be thrown out.

A question to those who may know - With the old stadium car park now built on would it still be possible to stage speedway racing in front of four figures at Blunsdon Stadium without the car park? - Where would supporters park?

Very interesting points that you bring up here..... but I believe it's the wrong thread!!

Claus should have a good opening weekend riding at Number 2, strong rider to have in that position.

    James said the line-up for Fri/Saturday will be;

    1. Cookie

    2. Vissing

    3. Antti

    4. Tate

    5. Batchelor

    6. Sam

    7. Celina

And then might change for the Home fixture on Sunday.

"Interesting" that they've put Celina L at number 7.  Sam might struggle at 6 against the "better" reserves, but we'll see.  Fascinating season ahead across on the West coast.  Hope I can get across there at some point during the season.

7 years in jail could change a person everybody deserves a second chance and Pretty sure Mark Courtney got released for drug offences and the next month he was riding for Glasgow

But, was he not couriering them, rather than taking them?

It's the delay in announcing the last rider that's getting boring now. I'm not even a Workington fan and the radio silence is deafening.

What do you want them to do?  If they haven't signed anyone, they haven't signed anyone.  The rider has to be right for Workington, that's financially (I guess that's the main one), points wise, availability and the right "fit" for the team.

Beautiful day in workington today. Think the decision to call this off was a huge mistake.

What a farce speedway is at times, certainly doesn't do itself any favours at times

It beggars belief how some "fans" think that, just because it's sunny today, they think the meeting should go ahead, despite the fact it's been raining "all week" and "speedway is a farce" because they can't control the weather.  Give yourself a shake, man.

Another new bit of marketing by the comets promotion,  their own cans of lager in comets colours, cans to be sold on race day, info on Facebook but got no tech skills to post link, someone maybe along to post a link/photo

May be an image of beer, ale and text

Mainly, in my opinion, because people didn’t have the vast amount of recreational choices that are available today

Agreed, but they (seem to) choose those other recreational choice, rather than attend speedway.

Apologies for helping to go "off thread"!!
