Masks to be worn, except exempt and children under 11

oh the joy of going to speedway.lol.  stay apart, face masks,  which can only be removed for eating and drinking  no social interaction  etc etc.  well f..k that  and if thats for all speedway  then they can shove it.  i expect their will be covid marshalls to enforce the stupid rules and making sure the zombies are keeping their  2 metre distance and following the arrows on them directional arrows on the ground. i can only hope that grasstrack  doesnt  follow this madness

So all the governments around the world must be telling lies cause this bogus virus story is pretty universal and hitting a second time in lots of places. If it’s a load of lies there must be thousands upon thousands around the world complicent to the lie which to me sounds incredible.

yes there a lot of selfish lying pigs with their snouts in the trough. do youre research and dont listen to the lies spouted on msm

Freedoms eroding by the day, however I do get the feeling that some who agreed with the original restrictions back in March are now starting to get itchy feet! However I still cannot believe that hardly anyone in the media is holding the government to account!

no one in the media will question this  lying goverment cos they are being paid by them  to feed the lies.  they wont debate with any of the alternative   and intelligent people  out there  cos   the truth would be revealed and they know it.  as for speedway you got to be there. nothing surpasses the atmosphere the  noise the smell of r being with youre mates  and so on.  sports need crowds big ones. . this so called virus is  destroying society as we know it at the behest of this lying goverment,  we need to get on with life and all its risks.

  5. I agree and surely with the way certain teams are changing line-ups and with riders falling by the wayside, isn't it at all possible that a team in the NL may yet come in for Oli for the remainder of this season..?

Or are you implying Paul, that due to the lost money (or which I agree you've every right to be extremely aggrieved about... )competing in league Speedway again this year for Oli won't be possible..??:unsure:

oliver will be doing second halves at ipswich when possible and lynn .still got the bikes so may as well use them. were booked in for some grasstracks on the old honda at ledbury aug.30. and frittenden 5sep. also high easter 25. so really looking forward to them.thanks for asking

  6. If your son erned £10 per point the bspa will pay you from the bond but if you took the piss and where on £11.00 per point you must be owed at least a tenner

i dont know who you are but you know who i am so feel free to come and see me at either ipswich or lynn and introduce yourself.

  7. Please please village idiot take a chill pill and get over it

Mod Note - please do not post other members names, if people chose to use a pseudonym their anonymity should be respected

have you got some pills then? cant say ive ever tried chill pills. like i said before if you havent been directly affected like we have finacially with the investment in good equipment and the running around and then not getting paid and to top it all no apology from ray mascall directly to the riders then as far as your comments go youre talking out of youre a.rse. thankyou and good night

  8. im just commenting on the article in s.star and comments by r mascall. it kind of sticks in your throat when he bleats on about how happy he would be if he could sell the licence to clear "alleged" debts and my son still hasnt been paid and his season has been stuffed well and truly this year.its easy for those who havent been affected to say move on.our racing season is over this year and were p.ssed off.

  9. quote" in no way did i choose to shut down mildenhall speedway" " there was no alternative""it wasnt my fault that they couldnt reach aggreement with dave coventry" well ipswich almost closed once but the supporters rallyed round i believe and saved it so why couldnt the promotion have gone to the supporters at mildenhall and asked for help? the choice was there and i still dont understand how there is all this debt after 7 home meetings and 6 away.surely no person in there right mind would start the season with a club that had not made any money in the previous season especially after the self same person had been running it?

  10. hmm. so according to ray mascall "some demands should be aimed at the limited company set up to run the promotion rather than him personally" well who set up the limited company and according to speedway star he is the promoter who wants to sell his licence to clear his debts. talk about taking the p,ss.so who set up the limited company and will they pay the riders? our seasons been stuffed thanks to this fiasco. really angry.

  11. yes thats all very well but we all have our crosses to bear and i for one have been through tradegy and know its hard. however life goes on and its a bitch sometimes but to keep using this excuse over and over im afraid dont wash anymore. sorry.we havent been paid and other people have. people must have paid money to watch speedway at the last 3 meetings so why cant we have some of it for our wages? now everybody call me every name under the sun.past caring now

  12. Have you made contact with the SCB? I thought they held a bond just in case things like this happen.

yes been in touch with bspa.the person who is dealing with it said its a nightmare. btw .tigers forever whoever you are thanks for p.m. yes youre right must be an idiot to have got involved with the outgoing promoter in the first place.idiot by name and idiot by nature. well never again.

  13. according to r mascall the riders cant have their money until he gets his.the riders should have been paid weeks ago and could have been .the man is treating the riders who should be priority with utter contempt and total disregard for the club.the club has been shut down since july 4 and all we hear is how much he wants for the club and no apology from him for leaving us high and dry mid season. pick up where we left off? hes spoilt all that

  14. well got an an answer from mr mascall "the riders will get their money when i get my money for the licence. i havent got any money"begs the question where did all the money go for the last 3 home meeting? so much for him being a tigers supporter and looking after his riders.

  15. Just thought i would start a new thread to see who's as concerned as me about the future of our club, is no news good news ? or should we keep the story in the spot light ?

Has anyone any more info apart from what we know at the moment Mr Coventry and Mr Mascall are in discussion via Mr Morrish, money is the key it would seem, is Ray wanting an unrealist amount? How long do the riders wait for their wages? who pays them? outgoing or incoming owner?

Just a few thoughts (cant say what i really want to)!!!!

ray mascall needs to explain why riders havent been paid and as for expecting to be paid any money for the club hes got to be joking. to top it all no apoligey from him or explanation why supporters trackstaff and riders have been shafted like this. people are owed money by him. why?
