Is Marc Owen still injured?
Marc is still not riding due to his broken colarbone. Off to see Simpson tomorrow. Due to the position of the break, it has been more troublesome than first thought due to being so close to the growth plate.

Thank you for the get well messages. Update on Marc, is that he went to the fracture clinic on Friday and had another x-ray and also a CT scan. Results were collected yesterday and his collarbone is slightly out of alignment. They are as yet not going to operate and are hoping with the exercises he has been given, it will heal on its own. He does however need to go back in 2 weeks time for more x-rays to ensure that it is still healing well.

Would like to say well done to Plymouth, whole team rode really well and earned their win. Was some absolutely top class racing and certainly see why you get big crowds.
This was our first visit to Plymouth and would like to thank all those who came over and shook Marcs hand and congratulating him on his performance. This goes a long way to encouraging young riders. Marc hopes to be back if you ever have any individuals meetings.

What an utter disgrace. I am fed up to the back teeth of Aussies in the National league. What is wrong with British Speedway? Dudley should hang their heads in shame. Sarjeant deserved some support and help. Not to be ditched. Malcolm Vasey forecast that the league would lose its way and this is a classic example of just how bad things have got.
Couldn't agree with you more Lucas, this is a National Development league not an International League.

I believe you have to be 16yrs old to compete in this competition Mark is still 15..Obviously on ability he should be in it..I think I am correct with this being the reason ?It cant be the reason as there are other 15 year olds it in!

Marc a bit p***** that he did not miss this start like his starts in the other heats. Last time we change bikes lol. Sitting at home watching the Gp, clutten for punishment
