Dont tar all us Berwick fans with the same brush as WJM who attends Berwick about once a month, and Bigeddie, the so called ex professional sportsman. Most of the Berwick fans bar them two clowns are well over the Gjedde thing now, they just have nothing better to do than come out with drivel the moment he has a bad meeting. We are happy with Alden, your happy with Gjedde, everyone is happy.

First time I've been to Owlerton and must admit, very very unimPressed with the track and racing quality. I aPPreciate its usually a very good track but today it was a joke, gate and go all night! Poor!
  3. Could somebody just put the link on so we can all see some good racing.
  4. Hopefully we have seen the worst of the rain overnight, because my god it rained!! Very wet atm but has stopped raining so fingers crossed we don't get anymore sustained periods of rain throughout the day.
  5. Very interested to see how Borys Miturski does at Berwick. Certainly has plenty of ability and races for Czestochowa in the Polish Ekstraliga, so certainly is no mug. Has won a fair few races at that high level this season, racing alongside Tai Woffinden at reserve over there. Also scored well for the same club in the Polish Junior league, which is strong competition in its own right given the strength in depth of Polish Speedway. Very excited to see how Borys and the young dane Porsing get on at Berwick, maybe the possibility of a new asset for next season if either of them put on a strong showing. Must commend the promotion on the lineup for the meeting, as it looks very well put together with the majority of the field in with a good chance of winning it, with a mix of entertaining riders, always love watching the Fish and Shane Parker do their stuff at Berwick, and the form Lee Complins in at the moment, he certainly cant be ruled out.
  6. Hmm very interesting if hes ranked there at only 17, lots of progress to come you would expect. Any idea if the lads looking to ride in Britain on a full time basis next year and this is why hes come over to try and win himself a team spot? After just checking some of his scores in Denmark this season, I very much hope the promotion here at Berwick take a very good look at him while hes over here, keeps good company over there and does very well for a rider of his age.
  7. Ahh right I see, unfortunate that has happened but I guess thats the sort of thing that can happen when the Polish league is involved lol. Is the lad interested in riding over here next year? Yes I do agree, looks a particularly good meeting, crowd are in for a treat.
  8. Where would you say he ranks among the young Danes to have ridden in this country in the Premier League.
  9. Emil Idziorek is a 20 year old Pole who rides for Orzel Lodz in Polish League 2. He rides alongside former Berwick riders Jacek Rempala and Stan Burza. Looks quite a handy young rider without being one of the top young Poles, although thats not surprising when they have guys like Pawlicki, Janowski, Zengota etc. Idziorek has had a few descent meetings in his homeland this year and I wonder if Scunthorpe are bringing him over to have a look at him with a view to a team place next season. Anybody know anymore on this, seems strange Scunthorpe are going to the trouble of bringing in a total unknown.
  10. Is there anybody who has a live link for these matches? Thanks in advance.
  11. exactly, and when you consider guys like doyle got himself all the way up here from Poole, really isnt very good that Barker just didnt bother, instead preferring buffet island and taking in the stoke defeat, hopefully he isnt asked back to Berwick in the future.
  12. Ben Barker was ment to be there yes, the story we were told about him being called up to poland was rubbish, because he was at the stoke match last night, he just couldnt be bothered to come up, joker.
  13. anyone have any idea if there is anyone lined up to replace woffinden? or is it just gna be the 2 reserves sike and blair?
  14. il change that now, light drizzle, looking darker than it was earlier, nothing thats likely to effect the track though.
  15. was kinda hoping rye would call of there match against worky today and adrian could replace tai
  16. does anyone know who is replacing tai?
  17. 21 yr old swede, rides in the swedish 2nd and 3rd divisions, riding at berwick today and the scottish open on friday, his scores in sweden are good, sounds like he took a nasty spill last night
  18. was never announced officially he would be
  19. i see, well lets take a look at him, could be like sundstrom, or could be another benny the bandit lol, just hope woffinden recovers and the weather here clears up, been like a monsoon today
  20. hmm interesting, hard to know what your gonna get just going by european scores, but sounds promising i suppose. has anyone in the uk been linked with him?
  21. never even heard of him, presumably this is the as yet unnamed dane? is he any good?
  22. absolutely fantastic effort from the promotion on this 1, much happier to see barker than fisher anyways, lets hope woffinden recoveres from his flu to take his place in what looks a fantastic meeting.
