    Poole 2022

Yes i know .My point is. Is that the Extraliga must know about the extreme sports and do not put a stop to it yet they stop them riding in more than one other league so they have less chance of getting injured. So from a getting injured point of view what's the difference.

Yet they only let them ride in one other league in fear of them getting injured,.Go figure .

    Being called a 'bad name'

To me there are obvious words that are offensive and i don't use them. But i do find that these days someone will find offence in almost anything and everything to the point where i am not sure what i can and can't say anymore. I even thought twice about posting my views on here in case i offended someone with my point of view.

    workington ..

Great news about time speedway had some good news .A very well done to all involved. I hope that all Comets fans get behind them with their support and make this track a great success they very much deserve it.

    Kings Lynn 2022

I was agreeing with you. King of the track said he is not doing Sweden. So pointed out that he was riding in Denmark so signed for 2 teams so no U K .

    Belle Vue 2022

Unless they bring 2 rising stars in i cannot see how they can keep a 35 5 team average. The league has 14 x 7+ average riders plus talk of Doyle,Fricke.Iversen and Thorsell etc wanting to come back that makes 18 x 7+ averages. Then there are 8 x 6 + averaged riders. So if you split them 2 x 7 + riders and 1 x 6 + rider per team that is at least 21/22 points per team leaving aprox 13.5 left for 4 riders with a good amount of 5 + averaged riders and not a big number below 5 .So to me unless they put a good few riders out of a Premiership spot to me the maths don't work.If they have 2 rising stars for eg belle vue could fit in Bewley Fricke both woralls and Wright under 35 points with British reduction. Also this leaves more riders to spread around any team/teams moving up.
  11. I am not talking of this years team the manager nailed it with his team choices and his tactical use of a high scoring reserve they well deserved to be champions. I am talking about keeping the same team( as mentioned by some Panthers fans} bar Pedersen and replacing him with a rising star {which seem the way its going } for next season. Without an experienced high scoring reserve next years team {as stated above{ in my opinion will not be anywhere near as powerful as this years. Not mentioning how effective an high scoring reserve through the whole season was. Lets just look at the 4 play off meetings for an example The high scoring reserves scored 46 points over the 4 meetings 9 of these points were from tactically replacing rising star rider Palin with said riders and if i am right were only used once as a R/R which resulted in a pointless ride. Which again in my opinion won you the league and play offs. So this explains my thinking as to why next years proposed team will be nowhere near as good as this years.
  12. If this team is possible under the new points limit .In my opinion i can't see them being the power house they were this season without a very high scoring reserve in every meeting.
  13. Its the way speedway is these days. A team can ride all season and finish top of the league with ease has one bad meeting in the play offs and after a full season of hard work wins sod all. In the GP a rider can finish on a 15 point max have a poor semi/final and not top score/ win the meeting. Same with the SON its just the way it is you just have to just get over it.

Polish and other Speedway videos 2024

Any chance day 2 could be posted on here was there to see it but would love to relive it again
  15. I had almost forgot the feeling of supporting the winning team it feels f##king awesome.Thank you boys for a great weekends racing. 32 years for a team GB win. 28 years for a Belle vue league win
  16. Only my opinion but we really need the track prepared for racing the last two home meetings against the panthers they have well out gated us for a draw and a win.If we have a track where our boys can race/pass we can take a lead to peterborough if not we could be in a little trouble again.

belle vue v kings lynn 13/9/21

Euro sport could learn a lot from how clean cut sports film the racing less is more you could see every second of an exciting race which is something you can't say for Euro sports coverage it drives me mad.The way they switch from camera to camera misses a hell of a lot of the racing. Also with one camera if there is a race for a minor place just zoom out a little and in most cases you would not miss a thing.Plus it shows what viewing speedway is really like when watching it live, a motor sport involving 4 riders where you can see every second of the action.Which to me is a major selling point.

    New tyres.

Are the new tyres being used this year fit for purpose. There have been a lot of falls/injuries this year in a very small number of meetings could the new tyres be a cause of this ?. Form your own opinion by going to Kyle Bickleys facebook page where he has posted pictures of a new tyre that has badly broken up after racing 3 heats on it.Would like to hear your opinions on here.

    Corona virus

The worlds gone totally mad most people support banning large gatherings closing bars and restaurants etc so they are a lot safer. Then a lot of the same people this weekend swarmed into over crowded supermarkets panic buying , queuing for over an hour with hundreds of other people to get to a till when there is no need.Make your mind up people a crowd is a crowd wherever you are. They are both the same risk the only difference is that a supermarket crowd panic buying leaves some old folk without some food toilet rolls.milk, pain killers etc.Mums without baby milk and baby wipes etc if this applies to you get a grip this virus is going to be around for quite a while. By the way my wife works in a supermarket on a till and had to go in on her day off yesterday to cope with this madness and witnessed all said above.

Looking like I dropped a clanger buying a season ticket this year I could have spent the money on toilet rolls .

    Ipswich 2020

I have worshipped Jason ever since he signed for Belle vue one of the clubs greatest riders. He will never be the rider he was.All I wish for is that he can hold his own in this league and at the end of the season he can hold his head up high and be proud of what he has achieved at the age of 44.Best of luck Jason I can't wait to see him ride competitively again sadly I have to wait until the end of June when Ipswich come to the NSS but I hope by then he will have had time to get back into the grove. PS what a crowed puller he would be if they could sign him up for the Peter Craven meeting fingers crossed.

That's more like it will defo be sat in my seat now when the Devils come to town 2 great signings

    Armadale Devils 2020

As I read the above statement it says to me that the Devils are going to track a team of 3 ish pointers.i'm sorry but I disagree with this approach I know this is a development league but it is also a league that charges fans good money to watch. If I am going to pay out the best part of £20 quid (entrance, prog, parking'fuel etc) I want to be entertained and watch 2 evenly matched teams(total team averages around the same) not watch a drubbing with follow the leader racing. Most higher average riders in this league are still developing and they need higher averaged riders to compete against to help them develop it will do them no good what so ever finishing half a lap in front every race. I will be there for every other meeting but I'm sorry to say that if the Devils track a very week side there is no way I will be paying to watch them at the NSS and I would think a lot of other fans will do the same which means my club will lose out. If this is the case and its only my opinon but I would put money on when the devils visit an away track this will be the lowest attendance of the season at all the tracks.
