  1. As mentioned on another thread, Matic Ivacic average goes down to 4 - putting him at reserve and probably means Jack at no.2 for Sunday.
  2. His average increases a little from tomorrow, to 5.08 and it's Jack that drops back down to reserve on 4.25....
  3. As the Glasgow TM has said, there is three cup finals left, starting tonight against tough opponents... Teams taken from Bears website. 1 Chris Harris (c) 8.79 2 Jack Smith 5.24 3 Anders Rowe 7.34 4 Matic Ivacic 6.00 5 Leon Flint 6.87 6 James Pearson 5.02 7 Tom Spencer (G) 2.00 1 – Charles Wright (C) 8.54 2 – Rider Replacement for Dan Gilkes 5.35 3 – Danyon Hume (G) 5.10 4 – Jason Edwards 6.00 5 – Danny King 7.66 6 – Ben Trigger 2.95 7 – Jake Mulford 4.10 It should be perfect conditions tonight and no doubt be some cracking racing, so get your backside trackside.
  4. Scott Nicholl's guesting on Fri night for him, according to updates site. Maybe get Foord in as a guest for Garrad?
  5. Lifted from the British Speedway site... GLASGOW: Chris Harris, Jack Smith, Leon Flint, Matic Ivacic, Ben Barker (G), James Pearson, Jason Garrad. SCUNTHORPE: Michael Palm Toft, Simon Lambert, Jake Allen, Connor Mountain, Kyle Howarth, Nathan Ablitt, Luke Harrison.
  6. Steve ruled out for a month, as he is struggling with Labyrinthitis.
  7. From Glasgow FB page…. 1. Harris 2. Starke 3. Flint 4. Pearson 5. Worrall 6. Smith 7. Pijper Bit of rain in the forecast tonight and showers for some of tomorrow, but the sun should be out in time for Tapes up.
  8. That's the thing, as mentioned plenty of times previously, who is available average wise to improve the team + what average would Jan come in on? I would guess maybe 7 or 7.5, which would suggest a triple change if true?
  9. Ace Pijper confirmed as third Tigers signing on their FB page, in association with The Courtyard Pantry Enterprise.
  10. For what it's worth, IMO, I don't mind the 'drip feeding' of our signings for next year. For me, I like the fact that maybe the Club's focus will be on the charities associated with each rider, that way they will get some attention for a period of time. Slightly different approach to other teams, but hey - we don't all want/need to be the same....
  11. I am not sure at all regarding Connor, but is he not an asset of Glasgow and could be a solid second string on that average, given the reduction in pts limit, plus has had a season at Redcar under his belt now.
  12. Something like this as a wee starter.... 1. Harris 8.95 2. 3. 4. Bailey 5.23 5. 6. Complin 3.5 7. Pijper 3.17 Leaves 17.15 left, if it is 38pts next year....
  13. Not long confirmed on Glasgow Tigers Facebook page, first leg moved to Sunday 8th October at 6pm - tickets now on sale.
  14. I got very heavy rain here currently, just outside Cumbernauld!!
  15. I think in everyone's best interests - this thread should be deleted! Nothing worse than talking about politics, never mind anything regarding a conflict that is currently on-going!!
  16. Thanks.. Tigers - 1. Harris 2. Brennan 3. Basso 4. Vissing 5. Tarasenko 6. Complin 7. Pijper Cheetahs - 1. Masters 2. Jenkins 3. Heeps 4. Kerr 5. Nicholls 6. Atkins 7. Boughen
  17. I’m interested to see what the Tigers top 5 riding order will be? Maybe something like this?? 1. Harris 2. Vissing 3. Tarasenko 4. Brennan 5. Basso
  18. I am wondering that as well, if Ace is fit enough to ride tonight.
  19. Marcin nowak leaves the tigers, as he’s been recalled full time by his polish club Stal Rzeszow. New signing announced soon
  20. Fair enough, it was just my best guess……
  21. From the latest Greensheets, I am guessing it might be something along the lines of 1. Schlein 7.7 2. Knudsen 5.56 3. Flint 6.78 4. Etheridge 5.89 5. Andersen 6.62 6. Boxall 4.33 7. Coles 2.61

It was 51 - 39 at Ashfield back in July, so fingers crossed we can sneak the bonus point available as well
