  1. Would look something like this, depending on pts limit... 1 Harris 7.93 2 Albitt 4.85 3 Zischke 6.56 4 Cairns 6.44 5 D Thompson 7.55 6 Foord 3.3 7 Hodder 3.31 39.94
  2. I had this as one of the options on a spreadsheet, as a starter for 10 - 1 Harris 7.93 2 3 Rowe 6.39 4 Zischke 6.56 5 D Thompson 7.55 6 Grmek 3.56 7 31.99 8.01
  3. Surely they cannot keep diluting the quality of the Championship by lowering the points as the sport is already spiralling downwards. Would it not be better to increase it slightly and get rid of the 1 rider over 8pts rule.
  4. None yet, lol! Just something I would not mind seeing on paper, but I fully appreciate that points limit for next season has not been confirmed yet and that this is another top heavy team. However it is easier said that done to try to get two strong reserves, as I remember the team we had in 2011 - with Raj, Morris, Theo and Christian all having a stint at reserve! Battye is already signed up for 2027. Could we pinch Anze Grmek?
  5. I wouldn't mind the spine of the team being something like this next season - 1. Flint - should only only continue to improve 3. Harris - Mr Tigers, Mr Entertainer and all out racer 5. D Thompson - get him back, rides Ashfield well and should be back in the stripes of Glasgow I'd maybe keep Juhl Pedersen as I think there is a rider in there and should kick on next year + doubling up with Ippo will have done him no harm. And yeah, if Tate Zischke can avoid injuries - he can easily improve his average and rides Ashfield well.
  6. I’m interested to see if anyone else allegedly heard of something similar……
  7. Hausl is injured after picking up an injury in Denmark last night, Reid Battye comes in as a guest.
  8. Wouldn't mind seeing Villads back in the stripes of Glasgow! Could be a cracking 3rd heat leader at no.3 + finished on 7.39 last season and was he not at Ashfield recently helping someone out...
  9. Tigers back racing at home after a good few weeks and weather is looking decent . Tigers - Kyle Howarth, Vinnie Foord (G), Chris Harris, Kevin Juhl Pedersen, Leon Flint, Sam Hagon, Freddy Hodder. Cheetahs - Sam Masters, Max Perry (G), Edward Kennett, Anders Rowe, Luke Killeen, Darryl Ritchings, Dayle Wood. I'm heading to Ashfield to see this tonight, so looking forward to some good racing.
  10. 8% reduction for seasons 24 + 25 would give an average of 4.44. Not sure if the GB reduction is also taken as well, so might be 4.32?
  11. Around 2.22 based on an 8% average reduction for both year 2024 and 2025.
  12. As always, purely for fun before the final green sheet has been issued - I had something similar as one of my draft teams on my spreadsheet - Harris, Zischke, Flint, J Thompson, Howarth, Hodder, Loftus - slightly over the 40pts.
  13. For those who just want the teams, taken from the link above - Tigers: Friday: Chris Harris, Villads Nagel, Dan Thompson, Leon Flint, Kyle Howarth, Freddie Hodder, Max Perry. Saturday: Harris, Will Cairns, R/R, Declan Kennedy, Howarth, Hodder, Perry Bandits: Friday: Troy Batchelor, Jonas Jeppesen, Sam Hagon, Drew Kemp, Peter Kildemand, Dayle Wood, Jack Smith. Saturday: R/R, Ben Trigger, Jeppesen, Kemp, Kildemand, Wood, Smith,
  14. Should be a cracking meeting, as the weather has to clear up and should be fairly warm. With RR, it means everyone can potentially cover Dan's rides and hopefully Tate goes well for us at no.4. Tate scored 7+1 from 5 rides at no.2 last year and I'd take more of the same tonight please.
  15. good shout, as he rode really well on Friday night!
  16. Villads Nagel replaces Ashton Boughen. Scored 6 pts in the SGP2 at Ashfield back in May, including a heat victory against Boughen before it was abandoned due to heavy rain.
  17. Brilliant performance, wise choice of guests and a terrific result for the Tigers!!
  18. Read on the Glasgow Tigers Facebook earlier that there is currently a closed practice session taking place on track between 11am and 3pm, with no public access. Cracking day for it up here!!
  19. Maybe a simple typo? As we start Fri 18th April at home against Berwick
  20. Not sure it does, unless the points have been increased + I am not sure if Foord can drop below 4?? 1 Harris 9.07 2 Boughen 5.03 3 Flint 6.68 4 Pearson 5.51 5 Howarth 7.27 6 Foord* 4.00 7 Hodder 2.00 39.56
