So what was wrong with the tyres that the riders had on their spare bikes, surely they could have been used.

It's very black and white, a Rider has a list of items that are banned, all he has to do is be capable of reading, if a test is positive, it's goodbye Speedway career, pretty simple, if you choose to take banned substances, you deserve everything that comes your way.

Tatum was way above Crump when it came to moaning about track conditions, the passing of time alters people's memories.

Doesn't matter, failing a drug or alcohol test is cheating, it's not a grey area. He has a list of all banned substances, should have read it

No great surprise, feel sorry for all those Riders he beat while cheating, as that's what it is.

At Belle Vue one night, a member of a very famous family, was caught using a big carb, it was taken off the bike, but returned to him after the meeting finished, absolute joke.

He's probably a very good businessman outside Speedway, but his choice of number 1 and the reserves really does question his judgement, when it comes to Speedway, all he had to do was assemble a Team that could finish mid table, and win the majority at home, shouldn't have been that hard, as Newcastle always has had a massive home advantage, they have a good, loyal fan base, who would have supported a half decent Team.

Newcastle Speedway would like to clarify the current situation with regards to Bradley Wilson-Dean.Bradley is currently injured with an aggravated shoulder injury and has a sick note to cover this. At no point has Bradley been banned for withholding his services.Sick notes are two a penny in speedway, should be called a note of convenience.

They don't want to waste money entertaining the opposition's crowd, knowing they'll get hammered anyway .
Save face and have a Guest at home to entertain your own fans.

They were doing a gofundme for $16,000 to cover visas !!! according to their social media.

He got done up like a kipper signing the pair of them.

Get out of Glasgow as cheaply as possible, r/r at 1proved that, feel sorry for the home Club.
It's all going to end in tears very quickly, unless they have a clear out and somehow sign a number 1 and reserves.

Was Wilson Dean actually fit when he signed for this season?

Can't remember Wilson Dean ever completing a full season

Did he actually beat any opponents in that 9pts, unless they strengthen the Team fast, they'll have more riders than supporters

BWD has probably had one too many bad crashes, some riders are mentally strong enough to put them firmly behind them, but many lose the edge they used to have, Robbo definitely didn't let them affect his performances.
Only problem with hype is, you have to live up to it, or the knives quickly come out.

I said 6-8 because he would be riding just for fun nowadays, problem would be when he becomes number 1.

Stuart would still score 6-8 in this weakened down league

Anyone got Robbo's number?

You won't find anyone who rode for him, having a a bad word said against him, he backed his Riders 100%, the BSPA thought he was easy pickings, like most new Promoters, they treat them like a meal ticket. Trouble was, he was far, far smarter than them all put together, they called his bluff one to many times and lived to regret it.
Always remember the night Tatum was trying to get the meeting called off, as it was pretty damp, after a couple of track inspections, and a big pit meeting, Sandhu walked in the pits, explained to everyone that if the meeting was called off, Speedway would end for good there and then, end of conversation, Kelvin sulked, Bees won and crowd loved it.

Very sad when you think of all the great Riders who have proudly worn the number 1 race jacket for the Diamonds.

Unless I am reading it wrong, they should have used the tyres on their spare bikes, which according to the regs should be used in an emergency
