Redcar v Scunthorpe BSN fixture
mikebaker replied to Tosh1218's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Edwards form dipped late on last year. Personally think it was the amount of bookings he was taking. -

Pirates decide on letting one prima dona go in Kemp. And opt for another one in Rowe.
-
Bachelor and Ablitt.
-
Bradley Wilson Dean showed promise, until his shoulder injury.
-
Just looked at confirmed signings on British Speedway Website. Paul Starke is no longer listed on the Gladiators 2023 team. Can anyone explain, why.
-
Hull in 2004, had strength in depth. They won the trebble. And all bar Joel Parsons averaged over 7.

Best Food in the championship
mikebaker replied to Cast1rn's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Of the defunct tracks. The Steakwiches at Crayford, were very good. Fond memories of those at London Road. -
Didn't Eastbourne drop Jason Edwards for Ablitt in 2021, before they folded. What did their Promotion see in him.
-
Jade Mudgway was all for the 2 home, 2 away meetings.

Looks like both Drew Kemp and Anders Rowe may not have a team place in the UK at start of the season. Both are on above 5 point averages. That awkward figure with a 40 point limit. Both were heralded as future GB stars. Also likely to miss out are the 2 Americans. Nichol and Ruml.

I did not state that it had been announced. Its a forum, and my own personal presumption.
-
Kyle Newman back to Poole. To fill senior reserve spot.
-
Have been to Beaumont Park, or Paul Chapman Arena. Nine times, from 2011 to 2021. Have yet to see a decent meeting there.
-
Pirates Promotion could be trying to tie up a deal with the Cook brother's former team mate. Zane Keleher.
-
Presume that Jordan Stewart has retired, as nothing mentioned about him anywhere. James Shanes on 4.68 would be an option. Sure i read somewhere, was giving Speedway a miss in 2023.
-
Is Tom Bacon considering a comeback. Average with British reduction is 5.01. Could be lower if he is given further reduction for over a year out.
-
Promotion signed Freeman as an asset when Newcastle folded. Very much doubt, that he will line up in the Championship team.
-
A one team rider. Having ridden at Cleveland Park from 1968 till 1980. My first hero when i started following the Teesside Tigers in 1972.
-
Final averages released on British Speedway Website. Plus 2.5% reductions.
-
If the rumours are true about Kerr and Jenkins at Oxford. Howarth and Kemp to replace them. Kemp has always shown a liking for the Ecco Arena. Don't think he will be back at Wimborne Road.
-
Shanes was labelled as a decent prospect back in 2017. Did not ride in a 2nd tier team, only as a guest. Averaged over 5 in his season at Sheffield. The following year.
-
With 40 point limit, and 2.5% reductions for 5 brits. Lewis 7.88, Charles7.48, Jake Allen 6.30, Jordan 5.31, Paul Starke 4.92, Jason 4.10, Ty Proctor 4.00 (if not retired). Or new Aussie, 4.00. Total 39.99.
-
Stan Burza. Didn't he win the Scottish Open Championship.
-
Club assets, Wright, Jenkins and Edwards the first three.
