Greg Blair is superior to Roynon.

short notice but could've used r/r for Wright and a guest for Knudsen?
Kemp, Hume, Pearson, Castagna, Heeps all fit, of course some may not have been available.
Irrelevant now I've heard Knudsen is riding.
Knudsen is riding now. Polish meeting postponed.

It’s been on everything else !Not on the British Speedway Website. Jorgensen is still listed in the 2024 announced line ups.

Promotion have acted quickly, and Jonas is best option available. Having the Media Prima as his home track should help him. Could be very close between him and Connor for third heat leader.
-
Off 2024 topic. But can any Plymouth fans confirm. What sort of publicity did the club receive. When Jessica Lamb rode for them in 2006. The Devils first season in Premier League.
-
Max Clegg wont make the Monarchs any stronger. Has been around for ages. Only scores of any note being at Armadale, Beaumont Park. And Newcastle.

No chance of that
Are we talking Matt Williamson here.

Jessica Lamb rode for Plymouth. 2006, their first season in Premier League.

Awful crash, involving Auty and Kenny Ingalls of Workington. Heat 9.

I hope we don't go near either to be honest, want big money for mediocre on track performances.
I'd rather take a 6 pointer on the way up every day of the week.
Sedgmen rode for Redcar back in 2012. His attitude back then was lousy. Has guested for us. Would never don a Bears race jacket ever again. If I had a say in the matter.

Maybe Danny King and Thomas Jorgensen. As other two heatleaders.

If James Shane's is fit, and wants to reserect his Speedway path. Will he come into the equation. Given was lined up for this season.
-
Will Jenkins be back. Became an asset in 2022. Mind you, counts for nothing nowadays.
-
Leon Flint on 6.40 (with reduction). As 2nd heatleader. Change of track will help his development.
-
If the rumoured 36 point limit plus rising star is implemented. Flint to Redcar.as second heat leader. Definite potential to improve on his 6.40 average. Have allowed for the 2.5% reduction.

Shovlar keeping a low profile, this evening.

Reid and McKinna both got excluded in the final heat - tapes and 2 minutes but Dixon fell and the Bears lost the meeting and the title. Turning point was probably in heat 11 when Geoff Powell knocked Jim Burdfield off when passing him. Was impressed with Burdfields restraint when protesting the decision in what would prove to be my last night in the box.
Glasgow didn't want Ellesmere to win the title after they got the league points awarded on some technicality - track staff stopping a race rather than the referee or something like that!
Glasgow Reserves, David Cassels 7, Geoff Powell 10 + 2. Middlesbrough reserves, Bernie Collier 0, Roland Tebbs 1. Think that must of been Leggy Powells best ever meeting for Glasgow. That is where the meeting was won. Both Of Glasgows venues were terrible race tracks. When they raced at Blantyre. Ideal for Gaters, like Steve Lawson.

Friday 01/11/1985. Glasgow Tigers, 41 Middlesbrough Tigers, 37. Meeting had been postponed on 2 previous occasions. 1st on 19/07/1985. 2nd on 04/10/1985. Both because of rain. First meeting was called off at 11am. I travelled to the meeting, arriving at 4pm. Was dry and sunny. Track was bone dry. Having to race in November. We were missing Mark Fiora. Had returned to Oz. Cost us League Title. Which went to Ellesmere Port. We would of won the meeting. Back in July. Still bitter about Glasgows exploits 38 years ago.

If Jake Allen isnt in Scorpions plans for 2024. Would have him back at Redcar. Did an excellent job home and away for the Bears.
