Will be interested to see the reaction of the riders tonight if the track is wet . Will they react as they did at Poole in the Elrc.

But what would happen to the riders riding in Poland tomorrow ?

Just hope they wait this year until nearer to the start of the meeting to let them ride . Well worth watching........ and they all deserve a good sized crowd to see them .

By Mark not being able to ride .......... Not only are the paying public being cheated ........ But who ever wins the meeting will never know if they are the best Brit this year as all the top riders have not been able to take part .

Fail to see how anyone can call it the Championship of G.B when all the best G.B riders are NOT ALLOWED to ride in it . A case for the trade description act to be viewed.

What a sad post . Feel Bridger has had a great season so far , unlike a lot of young British riders was brave enough to make the jump up to the Elite League . At only 16 he has plenty of time to make a better showing in the U21,s. Like to wish Lee all the best for the future .

If the field is a lot weaker than the original meeting that was paid for ........ Will we get a discount to watch the meeting

Have about as much enthusiasm for a Rickardsson farewell meeting as for the Elite Riders Championship . One meeting I certainly wont bother with . Give me a rider who really cares for the team he rides for not only himself, they are the ones who deserve a farewell meeting ., or a rider like Cegielski who could do with the money to make his life easier .

Good first G.P tonight . Nicki rode well and shows what a talent he is . Leigh was so unlucky with his E/F when well in front in his semi . Both Brits had their moments and Antonnio seems to have sorted out his starting this season and kept trying. Looks like being a great G.P season ahead .

Hoping Scotty and Lee make a good start to their G.P season tonight . about time a Brit was in the top 3 again .

Great to see K.K. given another chance . Believe he is still under 21. A rider who can only get better if he stays injury free . Sure Kolodziej will get a chance before the end of the season , with his undoubted talent and his links with the the Reading Promotion .

Think most of them are already half the way to Poland by now .

Why wasnt more time given to restart the meeting after the showers finished . The track never looked so wet that a small amount of time could not of been spent to get the meeting on again.

Great post Steve Shovlar . Hope the riders read your post and realise what they are doing to the great sport of Speedway before it is too late.

After the last few years will be more than happy to see this meeting being held away from Poole . Seems to be a meeting the riders no longer care about . Bet if it was a G.P tonight they would have shown far more effort to finish the meeting .

Could Steve Shovlar be in the frame as the new presenter?. They had him in view most of the time tonight ....... was it his screen test perhaps.

With only the odd shower forecast for tonight in Poole and with 5000 supporters in the stadium ........... Why didnt they give it until at least 7.30 to make a decision........ Could it be that tomorrows fixtures in Poland are more important than any thought for the fans that made the effort to get to Poole tonight .

In todays Bournemouth Echo it says Howe will replace Rickardsson.

Has there been an announcement anywhere yet if Rickardsson will definetly ride ?

If picked expect a far better performance from Kasprzak this year . If he stays fit am sure he will be World Class in 2006 . A young rider who can gate and come from behind and always looks in control of his machine . Also whatever the meeting hates to lose a race .

Expect a great meeting this year . With all the G.P. riders out to prove a point before the G.P series starts and the riders fully fit and motivated at the start of the year ...... Cant fail to be a meeting not to be missed . P.S . Also being held on a real racing track .
