I recall reading somewhere that there would be no adjustments to said top 20 once it was set and would include any riders from last years averages with an average of x.xx or more plus a selection of non recent riders/top riders who were considered of said top 29 standard. I think it was, correctly in my opinion, deemed unfair to make team building be undertaken to an ever moving set of goalposts when rider A decided he wasn't riding in the UK! I may of course be wrong, but who can be sure given the apparent inconsistency of decisions being made public, of course who says what is being released into the public domain is correct as we have Promoters disputing with each other!

I think there are differences, Swindon fans are moaning that the Robins are being refused the opportunity to speak to Hans & Troy. Pooh just went ahead and spoke to Adrian and agreed a deal, not quite the same? You state that Swindon should just go ahead and buy Hans & Troy, I trust your belated cheque for a full transfer fee in respect of Adrian is in the post???

@batchattack1: Peterborough seem to be getting a few riders on load for 2013, but aren't letting any of THEIR assets out on LOAN.. #doublestandards I for one cannot work out why Peterborough are not allowing all of their assets to talk to other clubs, understand if they are still potentially wanted at the showground, but surely they can't want all of them?? It does look like they are playing silly buggers to make a point, and whilst they are doing nothing wrong, it does make them look like a petulant child?

Batchelor had tweeted that his 2013 was sorted, then deleted it and said he was unable to talk to anyone until Peterborough has sorted their team! Not sure what Peterborough are playing, they appear to be waiting on Bjerre's recovery, and in the meantime denying others the right to seek work, bizarre situation!

I may well be wrong, but it is looking to me like the last three will be Hans, Troy and either Magic or Edward Kennet, and I have a feeling it will be the latter although he may head back to Eastie? Not sure which I prefer, probably Magic if we got the real one with the right attitude, but I am not sure that will happen without Zengi around, they just seemed to make each other comfortable, but perhaps with the new Pole 'Ginger', Magic would settle OK? Perhaps the management have the proverbial rabbit up their sleeve that has not been on the public radar. Play Offs? I hope and expect. Champions? I doubt it very much. Only time will tell, in Paulo Rosco/Patch we trust.

I think that Swindon have dropped a large spherical object letting Steady go, I am really pleased for him that he is fixed up and I think he will do a fine job for the Stars who look to have put together a very balanced and potent (almost Swindon) side. Need to see how everyone else lines up, but I think play offs a probability for the 2013 Stars.
