Shouldn't the police be dealing with the actual incident, rather than looking to see who is looking?

Sort of agree with 'Scara', some folk do like to know a bit more about how things happened. Doesn't mean your sick or anything, better to see for your own eyes.
How many folk watched back them 2 planes hitting the twin towers?
BTW, best wishes to all involved in last night's incident.

Unlike the test result?

1 minute ago, kopite92 said:The test result was non negative. The 2nd test wasn’t done, not refused like some have said.
So, the test was positive,,, then everyone left?(so no 2nd test could be carried out).

Dodgy test?,,,, or 'Test dodgy'?

Ok, when did he take a test, was it on the evening in question?

3 hours ago, False dawn said:I didn't say it was valid or might work in Nick's favour. I'm just guessing in the absence of any public facts. Like everyone else.
It's seems the only public facts are that, he refused a 2nd test and is asking to delay the hearing.
Clutching at straws?

Could be?
Keep calling off the hearing till the end of the season and, it all blows away in a wintery wind.

25 minutes ago, False dawn said:The only thing that comes to mind is that Nick and his team are conducting their own blood/laboratory tests. If these show him to be innocent of drug taking and the SCB accept the evidence as admissible, that might help his case. He may, however, still be punished for non compliance with the testing procedure.
The thing there is tho, surely any samples will have had to be taken at the same time of the event?

Mr Morris and his legal team requested a postponement of the hearing for a later date, on the understanding that Mr Morris suspension would continue until the hearing takes place, regardless that the date exceeded the initial 30 day suspension period."
How does this legal move make sense??
Maybe he wants to stay suspended?

I think it's a problem these days tho. The threat of 'not good weather',,, it seems to be allover the place atm and in your face, possibly due to the climate crisis thing going on. 'Expect the worst or, stay in the hoos'?

had changed since I last sent him a PM and he would not be going to any meetings in the future.
The reason's for this are a private matter between Workington and himself and I don't want to say anything about his reason's
but I did say how sorry I was that things hadn't worked out and so I will not bother to visit the new Track as I did so want
to meet up with THJ.
Bob
Oh, a wonder what's happened there then? Shame.

It’s nice to watch speedway but nothing can replace having your own team and following the diamonds.

I don't know how visas and permits work, but don't you have to have a professional job paying a guaranteed amount of money per week to be allowed to stay in the country? Now that he's lost his professional source of income will he be allowed to continue NDL or will immigration tell him to sling his proverbial?
Only if they find out!

Would any/much of the water put down before 1am still be retained by 7am?
