The uncertainty of Sheffield being able to start the season along with Peterbourgh not coming to the tapes leaves an interesting debate regarding the Prem Fours and the PLRC for next season.

I don't think it's much of a risk to be honest. I'm pretty sure Leicester will be EL next season.

To be fair it wasn't fantastic, certainly not the worst meeting I've ever seen or the best. One thing is for sure BP is a very difficult track to pass on once you make the gate you are pretty much home and dry baring falling off or your bike blowing up. It did have an end of season feel about it with riders pretty much going through the motions. But hay oh that's Speedway I guess.

I think it's stretching the imagination a bit to call them a Bell Vue team, and it's not really an inter league challenge . But, I must admit i think it looks rather a good meeting. The Bell Vue select team does look interesting. Not bad for an end of season meeting.

It's not the idea of having play offs so much. Its the way that Speedway is run by an amateurish governing body who to be honest haven't got a bloody clue.
