Exactly, most other leagues still have that in place.

It is the fact that such a crucial element of the sport is unknown to those it should be most concerned about - the fans
Personally I think all clubs should have to have one U21 Brit at reserve.

No mention of the average Anders will have.
He has very good equipment which will help. His other advantage is his Dad is his spanner man & by all accounts is very good.

(Rule change though without any AGM announcement re min average)
That goes without saying. Will he be a 2 or a 3??? Assuming Adam returns we will either have 4 or 5 points left....

Oh well. Must be a knew rider that we’ve never heard of.

Was his first name jan?

Nick Morris is back at Wolves

I think Wolves will announce Nick Morris in the morning. As far as I’m aware he won’t be at Swindon next year.

It’s like the other day. We announced Rasser & said person had someone else...then claimed to be right even though I’d captured their original “Nick Morris” claim.

Nick Morris it is
3 minutes ago, ReadingRacer2017 said:1. Jason Doyle 8.96
2. Ricky Wells 4.00
3. Rasmus Jensen 7.86
4. Nick Morris 5.38
5. Troy Batchelor 8.82
6. Stefan Nielsen 3.81
7. Ellis Perks 3.480.19 Remaining
Give it a rest.
How many teams have you put together now & claimed they were right. I’m sure you will be amending that one come the morning.

Wells 7.05 CL,
Jordan Stewart 5.74 CL,
Jonas Jeppesen has never achieved an average.
You may take the view that the bottom two are young improvers that will be more successful than Lampart in making their mark in the 1 to 5, but I think Wells is the better bet.
Having said that, I’d be happy if we got either of the youngsters as an asset.
Have you watched Wells....he’s terrible at Swindon.

1 hour ago, DC2 said:Nope.
We signed Lampart on 4.58 at the start of 2019 when we could have signed Rasmus Jensen on 4.39 (his converted average at 1.5).
Could we have...
Anyway DC2, see you at the abbey in March

Just had a look at the final 2018 GSA's. Only HL's above 7.00 yet to find a team place for 2020 are the following.
Fricke & Bjerre - Both not doing Britain according to Phil The Ace and Mark Lemon.
NKI - Very small chance he does a full British season now that he's back in the GP's.
R. Lambert & Cook - Will more than likely be riding for King's Lynn again. Robert Lambert is more than likely a case of King's Lynn or sit out British Speedway.
Klindt - Signed for Ipswich apparently.
Masters & Thorssell. Will both be at Wolves if they don't sign a No.1 imo. If Wolves sign a No.1 then we will probably be left with one of them.
Dad’s army again!

1 minute ago, DC2 said:Really? So why didn’t Rosco sign him instead of Lampart at the start of the season?
Averages. We signed him after some changes in ours which allowed it to happen (and before his went up at Glasgow the following week)

35 minutes ago, foreverblue said:I think he was a bit pricy so only the wealthy robins could afford him!
The fact is that Rasmus Jensen averaged over 3 points what we signed him on. However you spin it that was a great signing & homework would have been done. Rosco even said he wanted to sign him previously but averages but paid to that.

3 minutes ago, Bagpuss said:Maybe they didn’t get lucky with Perks and Jensen. Perhaps they do their homework and are able to provide an environment where riders improve and flourish.
Like Adam Ellis.....

Just now, Crazy robin said:No loan fees for both clubs so a good deal all round.
Glad Stefan has got a club as he deserves a break from injuries.
Rosco was with Matt Ford over the past 24hrs, would make perfect sense to me.

Could be tomorrow. Another rider announcement. With Nielsen at Poole I wonder if a swap deal has happened for perks?!

Which is what was said & you ignored it all.

4 minutes ago, Sidney the robin said:Looking at the Sheffield side which is a very attractive one with there reserves being Nichol/ Shanes.?? With Ellis Perks could we afford to offer Anders Rowe a spot? if most sides have that level of reserve i am sure Anders can compete certainly at home anyway a tough call a tough decision.
Wolves have announced Broc Nicol

23 hours ago, ReadingRacer2017 said:Again as I stated before. No chance Adam Ellis is in the side, would more likely be Tobiasz Musielak who is on a lower average.
Oh dear, another wrong comment. Confirmed in the adver that Musielak & Vissing are the unlucky two from this years side to miss out. i can’t wait for the •welcome back Adam Ellis” & “correcto” comments in the coming days.

Why? Sweden & Poland do that & it brings their riders on.
