Wasn't Branford in the easier reserve races last year whilst Sarjeant & Klindt were in the top 5? Branford will try hard but I don't think he will be anywhere near the top 3 reserves in the league. He wasn't when he rode for Swindon. Branford - maybe in the top three of reserves and with such a solid top 5 is unlikely to reach the main team all season unlike Allen, Bates or Klient/Newman Really? I personally would say that Klindt/Newman, Bates/Kerr, Huckenbeck, Sarjeant and possibly Ayres & Clegg are all better in the top league. The 5 listed first are all capable of performing in the top 5 in both EL & PL. Branford is a long way off being in the EL top 5 and still rides at reserve In the PL rather than the main body. I can't see reserves like Branford, Shanes, Zach coming out against riders like Doyle, King, Masters or even second strings like Gomolski or Starke and beating them.

Why wouldn't he be? He's had the whole winter.

Will Coventry Complete The Season?

Trust a pirate fan to start such a negative thread! -
Any idea when there will be any news on signings?
-
With no protected heats, he will need to be a match for the top 5 as well
-
I think they look a possible play off side but haven't got a strong reserve pairing when they will meet the top 5 of other teams. Although yes the top 5 are all capable of scoring but they are all also very inconsistent which explains the averages they are now on

Poole King's Lynn Wolves Rye House Coventry Somerset Swindon Leicester. Will add Belle Vue once their team is announced
-
The BSPA have now put all the riders in position order on their declaration on the site. They have Lebedevs as being a heatleader not a reserve. Where has his starting average been confirmed?
-
Great offer by the Coventry promotion. £12.50 a meeting is a bargain. Hopefully this will encourage those who are able to get there to take the offer up. Hopefully we still get to return to Brandon at some point 🙏🏼
-
It's Leicester's own track so I heard they had a choice of which night they wanted and decided to go with Saturday's
-
Kaspazak is by far the best rider in my opinion
-
Fisher thanked the fans on Twitter & Facebook at the time for the Brandon collection so he definitely received that
-
They were but that was before the falling out

A message from Wozniak to Lions fans. Also confirms why he hasn't returned. https://pbs.twimg.com/media/C4NCExZWEAEdKro.jpg:large

A team isnt meant to be built round one reserve though. They have a very weak top to the team and each of those riders have to take at least 3 rides each. Some of the riders also don't have much experience on these tracks Does this mean that Lebedevs won't be entering the SEC meetings this year then as they are usually on Friday and Saturdays and no guest facility is given?

Any news on King's Lynn's final signing?

Not sure I would use Wolbert on 8.00

Does anybody know who gets priority if there are fixture clashes for the riders below with question marks? It was said to have changed this year and is now 1) The parent club if a rider is riding for his own club 2) If not with his parent club then it's the team he rode for the previous year if returning to them (regardless of which league he is an asset of) 3) if he didn't ride for either team in 2016 then the league he is a asset of then takes priority. COVENTRY Danny King (Ipswich) Lewis Kerr (Scunthorpe) Josh Bates (Sheffield) Jason Garrity (Coventry) Lasse Bjerre? KING'S LYNN Robert Lambert (King's Lynn) Lewis Rose (King's Lynn) LEICESTER Josh Auty (Scunthorpe) POOLE Kyle Newman (Poole) Jack Holder (Poole) RYE HOUSE Ellis Perks? Robert Bradford? I didn't realise that Robson hadn't got a CL spot this year. SOMERSET Charles Wright (Somerset) Paul Starke (Somerset) Josh Grajczonek? SWINDON Bradley Wilson Dean? WOLVERHAMPTON Sam Masters? Kyle Howarth (Sheffield) Max Clegg?

Kerr is a kings lynn asset so in the past Coventry would have got priority. However that has changed this year. Because he isn't riding for his parent club, it is then the club he rode for before that has priority. Coventry usually would have priority over King but the BSPA granted Ipswich priority as Coventry hadn't been able to commit to racing at the time. Please can somebody provide a link to where it has been confirmed that King is a king's Lynn's asset as I have never seen it anywhere apart from this site where the same people also said King had signed for them

None of the Peterborough or Coventry riders have been named in the PK meeting. Fans have a choice which to watch. Most speedway meetings will be on the same night as another meeting once the season starts
-
Could still end up with Justin as well. Poland have said they are planning to race some meetings on Friday & Saturdays as well so it will depend on if there are many clashes
-
Because Brandon Estate own the stadium and at present they are the ones that won't let us use it. Horton & Sandhu are ready to work together at Brandon and fix the damage, However without the owners permission we are homeless
