    Honestly

You are not wrong and the Redcar meeting was the highest crowd we have had this season and if we got the same numbers in for this double header I think the promotion would be quite pleased...

Also what needs to be pointed out is that these meetings are Speedway utopia being 10 quid per meeting at 20 quid for the two... it's many on this forums regular quip that Speedway is only a 10 quid sport... so surely thats another barrier removed by the promotion that would potentially restrict fans from attending...

    Regards

    THJ

Could you give any reason why the club haven’t tried streaming live meetings, the Edinburgh and Glasgow meetings have been great to watch even, though not being a supporter of either team I’ve paid for the streams and enjoyed them.Surely for fans of visiting teams would add an extra income…?

Why should Flint be allowed to ride in all 3 leagues when Jordan Palin wasn't allowed to at the start of the season though?

I said give them ALL the opportunities they can handle …(young British riders in general )

Clegg shouldn’t even have been in the NDL, far too good for the current standard of the league.

You could say same about crump,Pederson in championship.he’s still young and British .Leon should be allowed to do all 3 leagues, give them all the opportunities they can handle.

  4. One way is to pay riders the same in the premiership as they do In the championship. All said and done it’s the same riders racing against each other just in two differently named leagues.!!.there is no”Elite”anymore. Also live streaming is a way to bring in the extra revenue, surely that has to be the way forward even if it’s just the away supporters that subscribe.

    And 5, 4, 3, 2, 1...

Cue the "turning his back on British Speedway", "he wouldn't be where he is now if it wasn't for British Speedway", "and just at the time British Speedway needs all the support it can get"...Comments..

He will be German next.... :D:D

british speedway didnt do anything for robert in his early stages, thats why he and his parents travelled to germany every weekend so robert could get some competative racing when he were 12/13.the powers that be would allow him to do so in the uk.isnt it strange how when he showed his real potential they were all over him.........another young rider that vatcher & co cant claim credit for

Who wants to watch Wallinger rather than Flint? This decision is a shame for Newcastle fans and those of clubs that the Gems will travel to.

Big shame about Leon but at least there’s Speedway to watch at Newcastle ay .wally did ok when he guested for the diamonds last year .

I see that Nathan Greaves has signed for Armadale Devils,.

In my opinion he should be riding for the Monarchs in place of 1 or 2 others with a lower average.

Whats not to like, young gained good experience with Redcar last year, he could be ready to take the next step.

He had his chance for “the next step” with sheffield year before as well.didnt take either .

Without checking the rules, I think Max said such at the Talk-in before Christmas.

Max said after the closure of  stoke and cradley not running he didn’t want to do NL and concentrate all his efforts on Newcastle, that’s not to say he won’t ride in the trophy meetings for them now..he’s pretty close to dave Tattum as well.

Heard Hans Nielsen is in talks with Newcastle about coming out of retirement , what average would he be on? Surely 5.20?

Hans Andersen would also be a great addition, anyone know what his starting average would be?

Rune Holta has never raced in the UK, could be a possibility? Or Gapinski?

It’s ok naming these so called big names,if they did want to ride for Newcastle (which is very unlikely because of the polish league)who would pay there massive demands ?
