Rye House V Leicester... Premiership... 1st May, 2pm
Skodaman replied to Shadders's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
According to todays lions website, Bates is riding. It is listed as todays news. I dont know why Verge is listed on the Updates. -
But Richard Hall is in the same category as Boxall I think!
-
It looks like no Erik Riss at BV on Friday. Anyone know who will be guesting.

It annoys me when all four riders are close to the tapes and then one turns round and rides back to bend 4 before riding back to the tapes. This should not be allowed. -

The resons were given after the meeting: but what do you expect from a track curator who used to prepare the track at Coventry!! -
Yes, it gives you more time to rearrange your schedule
-
Correct me if I am wrong, but I thought that riders had to proced to the start in an anti-clockwise direction which Riss didn't!
-
Rubbish! So those that can attend rearranged matches should also get a pro-rata refund then. It is no good relying on the fixture list when buying a season ticket because some fixtures are always changed. I would bet that the televised fixtures were not available when you bought your ticket.
-
If the ref hadn't excluded Riss, I am sure that CVS would say something about it.
-
I agree with most of your comments but there is one that needs clarification - If a rider falls, gets up and walks back to the pits it doesnt mean he his not injured. He will need to be examined by the medic before coming out again. This is what delays restarts after a fall. Dont forget, the fall may not have been his fault.
-
Did you know that ALDI are currently selling twin packs of mens thermal socks with the JCB logo on. Perfect for the cold spring evenings at Beaumont Park.
-
Two things to consider: There was talk of a free programme for season ticket holders a couple of years ago - I dont know if that happened. By buying a season ticket, you are providing the club with capital that they can use during the season rather than going hand to mouth. Personally, I dont buy a season ticket because I normally have to miss several meetings for a variety of reasons.

We wont be sharing with the Bees then this year; there is a statement on speedwaygb.
-
Not unless you move the stands and some of the back straight terracing!
-
Theres several photos of Cookie on http://www.defunctspeedway.co.uk/leicester.htm
-
No one seems to have suggested Ludvig who performed well for us at the end of last season!!
-
Buster is the leaseholder not Darcy. Darcy is the promoter.
-
Buster and DD have said that they may be interested in some of the Coventry riders. Also, we dont know what is going on in the background or who is involved. We will know when anything definite is reached!
-
They managed it at the tight Crayford track!! Buster will have seen an excellent meeting when Kings Lynn rode here this year!
-
The Lynn supporters meeting was this last weekend I believe and Buster said that a statement about Leicester would be made after this meeting. Sorry, Its this Friday
-
Sorry Robert, this was not meant as a reply to you. The supporters meeting is next Friday and so we should hear something after that if Flagrag is correct with his earlier post
-
Be careful of what you accuse him of, he could sue you for libel!!
-
Yhe fact that you have been told the team is in the Premiership next season should be enough at this time. Does it matter who the promotion is.
-
Have you thought that the new promotion is known to him and this may has been said to him.
