If the meetings go ahead, will KK be riding? He has a meeting in Poland tonight and therefore it will be a push for him to get to Coventry for a noon start.

I do feel that when riders are strung out, it is not the track, it is the bikes/riders. Having said that, there have been some poor meetings this year but there have also been some good ones.

Has anyone tried to get on the Speedwaygb website in the last 24 hours? I have tried several times and failed each time.

I was enjoying the racing until Glyn was asked to take some dirt off the track. The racing then became follow the leader. I was very impressed with James Shane. He has style and was prepared to attack the track and take on the opposition.

I would also have a fully fit Kauko but I think David Howe is injury prone. Thomas Jorgensen is similar to Jan, he is very inconsistent is best on his own track. I think Cookie will be full time Elite if there is an Elite League next year.

Mick There were 15 heats of speedway which I must admit was not thrilling. order of races was not well organised due to one rider in each race after heat 3 appearing in the next heat therefore a long wait between races. tickets they sold.

I wasn't there but I looked at updates and it appears that the Diamonds riders were generally coming from the back anyway!

From the apex you would have seen it sideways on. I was at the exit of turn two and the space could be clearly seen and edberg did not touch him and there was plenty of space for him. Having said that, I thought the referee was going to exclude Alex.

Unfortuately, the route to the play offs blocked with the two meetings against Rye House. Yes we have carried JS and RB but we have been strong enough while AE was fit.

Refs may not be influenced but riders can! Lewis Blackbird was penalised because of him when Leoicester visited early in the season!

If he does ride at Buxton, he has no chance of getting to Leicester. Buxton kick off at 3pm and the earliest they will finish is 4:30pm. He will be lucky to get to Leicester for 6pm.

But there is a difference between having an opinion and being libellous.

I'm sorry, Robert, but an example of what Massey Harris is saying is the continual telling people that DH has upset someone whenever someone departs from the scene or something goes wrong. If you do not know as a matter of fact that he is at fault, you should not be saying it.

That does not indicate that it was a Stoke programme; he may have been asked to contribute an article because the meeting was being held at Stoke.

Why do you persist in saying DH has upset people whenever anything goes wrong. With regards to the football pitches and the velodrome, there was no falling out. The people involvbed with the football could not find the funding and the super velodrome built in Derby meant that BCF pulled out of building one at Beaumont Park.

And I wouldn't wonder that some have upset DH as well. You cannot blame anyone unless you clearly know the facts. You should not go by hearsay. No doubt he has upset folk at one time or another.. Have you ever upset someone!!
