We beat them easily on aggregate the other week so I don't personally think it's a bad thing if we had them. You lot are the team I want to avoid but as we will lose at KL on Monday that won't happen!!
-
I have absolutely no idea. No idea on averages or rules with a CL guest. Someone from BV? Lidsey or Etheridge around that average? It won't matter anyway as Ipswich will win over 2 legs in the semi. Serjeant is too strong for THJ.
-
Skidder what do you not understand. If Wells bags a few on Monday then no need to replace him. But if he has another mare then he will be injured for the play offs. It's really not that hard to grasp.
-
Because if he scores badly he won't be in the play offs. Simple as that really.
-
What false accusation?
-
Let's see what the story is if he scores badly on Monday before anyone apologises.
-
Can't wait for the next press release which gives the reasons Wells is out of the play offs!! Gonna be comedy gold!

Lets face it, if the Bjerre situation was a Poole rider in a play off match we would be up to 100 pages by now. BV have got away with one big time. -

Wolves will win both legs against Poole even when they pull a fast one with Wells again. -

Not good news for BV tonight and the overall tie. Would imagine Swindon management would be happy with a defeat tonight that keeps it close so the crowd is decent next week. If no facility at 5 it's probably going to be all over tonight. -

No it's pretty shoddy by Lambert TBH. -

The biggest advantage given to Poole over Swindon in the race for top spot was the plan to use Douglas twice this week over Wells. But that's not dodgy apparently. Lambert missing tonight just means the inevitable Poole win will be bigger. -

Makes me laugh when people moan non stop about less meetings every year and thats a reason why people lose the bug for speedway. Then you get a cup final, decent weather, 2 good teams and the last meeting until March and people don't go!!! Absolute madness!!! -
Is any speedway club financially stable? Sounds like the awful crowds mid season have cost us this year. The first few and last few meetings have been very well attended but the ones in between been bad.
-
Think any of us who have seen a similar situation at work where someone is in trouble and gets away with it will know exactly what has happened.
-
Batch has done absolutely nothing wrong and deserves to be back but if we go with him and Doyley then we are going to have the same old problems at reserve again. Adam Ellis has to be a cert in any team IMO.
-
That is why the new stadium won't be built. Stadium owners holding on until speedway goes ** up in this country or there is no one to take on Swindon when TR steps down. I really don't think we will be watching speedway in Swindon in 5 years time.
-
Batch and Rasser gonna be hard to fit in next season because of how well they have done. For me we start with Doyley, Ellis, Perks and Morris and the rest depends on the points limit. Would love to see Batch or Rasser backing Doyley up but surely it will leave us short at reserve again and we can't make that mistake again.
