no your completly wrong. I live in Essex back in the early 80's i used to go Rye House a lot and Ipswich. I was about 7 at the time. Ipswich won the league in 1984 so we started to go Ipswich all the time but still Rye House on a Sunday afternoon. Lakeside opened so occasionally we went there as its 20 minutes from my house. We also used to go to Hackney on a Friday night and stood against the pit wall, which is where my uncle used to sponsor a 15 year old Mark Loram who we still remain friends with to this day. We followed Mark around as much as possible like when he was at Lynn, Eastbourne and Lakeside but was quite difficult when he rode for the likes of Exeter and Wolves, whilst all the time going to Foxhall on Thursday nights. Im myself got married in 2003 and my wife likes speedway and we went to many tracks maybe 2 -3 meetings a week. She was a big Scott Nicholls fan and we made trips to Coventry when he wasnt an Ipswich rider. I have 2 children born 2005 and 2009. This coupled with the increasing prices means neither of us go as much as we used to, maybe 10 times a season and basically only to Ipswich or still the odd trip to Lakeside. So to answer your question im probably more an armchair fan than some on here but i used to go 3 or 4 nights a week when i could. This doesnt mean i know more or less than anyone else. It also doesnt mean i need to argue with everyone like Sidney It also doesnt mean i am fool and a troll like Starman. Many many times ive said i value peoples opinions and am happy to debate. Its not the anti Poole crap that get banded about as there are many many decent Poole fans on here. Sidney and Starman are the 2 people on here who cause most issues with people thats a fact as shown by everyone not just me

Sidney and Starman , the gift that keeps on giving. complete pair of numptys but it does make for interesting readin and is comedy gold. Sidney the aggressor who cant debate without having an argument Starman the clown who has the audacity to call others names when he also cannot speak English properly. The 2 people who have their posts mocked and ridiculed by EVERYONE yet time and again keep on saying that they are right and everyone else is wrong its brilliant. Neither can debate its hilarious. People call it anti Poole but i post on Ipswich, Somerset, Poole, Swindon, Lakeside , Edinburgh, Kings Lynn and even recently the Newcastle threads. I chat and debate with a large number of supporters from those clubs. However (and sorry for the decent Poole fans you know who you are) , i have yet to witness a club with as many pedantic, mind numbing, trolling, argumentative and downright foolish fans as Poole. the club has just a complete clown in Starman which i does think tarnish some peoples views. I take people as i find them and people like foreverblue and chris4gillan and even skidder are worth debating with.

There is no doubt Edinburgh have assembled a strong side but some of the excuses from their fans when things are not right. The only person to moan about the track was Cook. We all know he is a whinger and a moaner and spits his dummy out. Seen it twice at Ipswich. Once with Barker and then last season on the wrong end of a 5-1 he turned round after the finish line and trundled back to the pits, no sportsmanship unlike Masters who shook hands with those who beat him. Funnily enough Cook was fine when he was in front, misses the gate and moans. So what if the track was wet? Cant all be slick concrete. It apparantly wasnt dangerous so why do people moan.

Rightly or wrongly must of the people on this forum understand the word debate. SCB will always put across his case and usually back it up with facts to support his argument. If you disagree with people on here you need to back up why you disagree, its called an intellectual debate. The trouble is there are certain people on here who we all know who cant do this. If they dont agree with you then you are either a clown, a poole hater or worse. They dont back up anything but instead just have a dig at the poster and in the case of Sidney actually start getting very irate and getting abusive, tends to happen when they have lost the argument sadly. Looks like xmas could be another one of these posters

right let me try and spell out to you what i have posted because obviously the brain cell isnt working. 1. On this forum it is quite split as to wether Poole fans would want Ward in the team this season 2. I thought this may translate to the terraces, not a daft opinion. 3. Magic is performing as good if not better than Ward 4. Not once have i said i dont want to see Ward race. Hope you can compute that. However i ask the question would you prefer Ward or Magic? Seems on here the real fans want Janowski

now that is written in stunning english you are one of the badmouthers who argue and abuse people. try reading your last line again. NOBODY has said they wouldnt want Ward to ride you fool. What we have said is right now Magic is the better option quite simple really if you read posts properly rather than just get angry all the time.

I dont expect the views on here to mirror the terraces because on Pooles terraces there is probably a load of screaming girls who want Ward, along with the usual Poole fans who can never see any wrong and think the sun shines out of the arse of the promotion and Ward However on thsi forum it was very mixed over wether Ward should be back amongst people i feel are genuine Poole fans like foreverblue and chris4gillian. I dont take posts from people like starman as serious. Therefore i believe die hard Poole and speedway fans were not to disappointed they got Magic and not Ward Magic will score as well if not bette than Ward. But unlike Ward he is a professional and doesnt cause problems.

Lets be fair here people - Sidney is a rather aggresive clueless individual who is basically good to laugh at. He also sticks up for Starman which is quite incredible in its own right. As far as Ward goes it seems 50/50 on the forum. Ask most fans and im sure they would rather have Holder and Magic than Holder and Ward However i can see it being Ward and Magic in June

Chris Holder has told Porsing on facebook to bring his moto x bike as the track is that bad. You would think Matt Ford would do something about the elites leagues biggest club (supposedly) having the worst track (definatly) in the Elite League. When your own rider, a former world champ, is mocking it , then something is wrong. Also i notice the Blackpool chairman has been fined £75000 for calling a fan a retard on Twitter. Shame speedway is a minority sport these days otherwise im sure a certain team manager would be in line for a nice deduction!

I think he will do well at home but often the dummy comes out away from home. North is a good rider but i just cant stand the bloke bit of an ego and not exactly the cleanest of riders. Will do a good job i think.
