Because i would say 95% of the people who back Ward have no idea of how these things work. They just see their hero (lol) not being able to ride. That coupled with the fact that he is talented means in their eyes that the proceedures that have been in place for years are wrong all of a sudden.

Lol i have no problem at all. If Ward is free to ride in March it sends out the wrong message. What you mean to say is that if we know sooner then Poole can actually team build rather than keep waiting. Personally you should have named a team without Ward the liability. You need to have a look at what the fool has written on Twitter as quite clearly he throws his toys out the pram and has no idea what he is talking about. and there is my back up. You need to read my posts. i said Ward should get 12 months meaning he is free to ride in August. So that goes along with the vast majority on here or are you not able to read properly. Ive also stated i would like nothing better than to see Ward return to racing once his ban ends and not get involved in anymore stupid things and fulfill his potential. But hey much easier to slag me off If you want to gloss over 'Ward the person' thats your take And i was 21 and cheated on a girl i cared about a lot. I repeat i was 21. I wasnt married , i had no children so yes it was a mistake but if to you that is as bad as the things Ward has done then quite clearly you are a very strange individual. Well yet again the Poole management publicly support a rider who cant control his drinking. its quite staggering to be honest. There rider misbehaves not for the first time and yet agin they feel he has been suitably punished. And some people wonder why Poole management are disliked

Correct but of no relevence at all. Pedersen is hard and has knocked riders off before but would the gp boys rather be in a race with Nicki or with someone over the limit? Professionally on and of the track Darcy can not even be mentioned in the same breath as Pedersen. You just wonder how good Darcy could have been with Nicki or Tai's dedication. I remember Darcy doing an interview and when asked wether he would follow what Tai had done fitness wise and attitude he just laughed it off saying it wasnt for him. Lets not forget Kelly was 4th on his debut in 1979 at the age of 19 so was actually ahead of Darcy and had the world at his feet but he couldnt control his lifestyle. Darcy could quite clearly go the same way. What is the first thing you think of with Kelly Moran? Ability or lifestyle? Same could be said for Michael Lee.

i was trying to say that as things stand Nicki will go down in the history of the sport and Darcy as a sort of Kelly Moran type. Obviously if Darcy gets his head sorted he could win the title

Absolutly spot on. Middlo has shown himself up time and again, even going as so far to say the FIM are a joke when quite clearly the fool doesnt know the protocol. People would have more respect for Middlo if he spoke the truth about Ward but for some reason he seems to think Ward can do no wrong and as many say the longer Ward has Middlo with him he is learning nothing

I agree with what you say that what he has been accused of before has nothing to do with this incident. However because i feel a 12 month ban is correct for failing a breath test does not make me a Darcy Ward hater as some on here keep saying i agree with most you say .............but dont be blinkered about Middlo

i think your wrong there. I don't dislike Ward as I don't know him and his skills are second to none on a bike. The issue I have is the usual people firstly defending him for what he has done both now and in the past. These people can only see there hero and are just idiotic in there ramblings. It's blatantly obvious Darcy attracts trouble and its blatantly obvious Middlo is not the right person to have around him and his insane social media blasts are just comedy gold right up to the point of not knowing how things work! Darcy Ward should be banned until August in my opinion. Anything less is a mockery of the sport
