At the end of the day Darcy has quite a list of things he has been accused of. Things that a normal human being would not be accused of. We all make mistakes in life but ive certainly not made any on the level Ward has. Its quite true that none of his previous should be taken into account when the decision is made on the length of his ban. However it is quite hilarious listening to the people trying to actually stick up for him, quite pathetic really

totally and utterly missing the point of the question as per usual. Old man Muddlo isnt good for Darcy because he actually sees no wrong in what he does and actually wants him to 'escape' any ban. If you could continually do no wrong in the eyes of your employee then you would continue doing what you were doing. If Muddlo come done hard on Ward a couple of seasons ago when he first caused trouble then maybe Darcy would think twice about the other things he has done. Darcy is responsible for his own actions but while he has the support of his employees no matter what he does then he is learning no lessons at all. Hope that clears up the question you were asked

There are so many on here mate who keep saying things like everyone wants him hung out to dry and a 2 year ban, where if people actually read posts they would see nobody i saying it at all. 12 months backdated to last August is sensible. As stated , and i will say it one more time for those who have issues reading. If Darcy rides in March, he will have missed some of August, September, some of October as actual months where he could have been racing. That to me would not be a good enough suspension. Im sure there will be a few Poole fans telling me im anti Poole or anti Darcy along in a minute. Not once have i even mildly stated i dont like Ward You cant change the things he has done though in his short career.

Im sure that makes Magic feel really wanted. Being told that despite his professionalim last season , despite the fact that he was the main reason Poole won the league, he still has to be left in limbo in case Darcy gets off lightly. Matt Ford should do the right thing and have a top 2 of Magic and Holder. If Darcy rightly isnt alllowed to ride until later in the year then i hope Magic tells Ford he is to commited elsewhere to sign for Poole I really cant get my head around it all

Im in agreement that 12 months is a sufficient ban and i to expect him to be riding in August. What im trying to get across is that if he rides in march he will have missed 3 months at most of actual racing and in my opinion that is not a true punishment to fit what he did

wasnt yerropes it was ytsejam. My point was that if he is banned for 12 months from August to August he misses only 7 months of racing and my argument would be is that fair? The winter months do not count as i said Ward doesnt do the Aussie champs so is 7 months of actual racing time a fair ban? Thats whats open to debate

If you care to do any research then you will have noticed Ward HASNT RIDDEN IN THE OZ CHAMPS SINCE 2011. so the crap you spoke there holds no substance. As I said Ward should not be free to ride when the season starts but in August when his 12 months is up which you agree with. Poole are not exactly known for their loyalty to riders, they do a job and then discarded. Except the one rider they are loyal to keeps getting in trouble, drags the clubs name down, and lets the club down time and again, but that seems fine. True professionals like Janowski ,who practically won them the league, is left waiting in case the 'hero' can ride. Bizarre

I think he will get a years ban which is what he deserves really. I think it will be back dated to August which means he doesnt really miss much racing out of those 12 months. If he lines up at the tapes in March for any side it will not serve any purpose. Then again when he was tested the wind was blowing in the wrong direction, it was a Sunday, and he is a very talented rider. All those things should mean he should really get off without punishment

same old same old Pooles track was a disgrace at stages last season and the play off semi final was farcical. Riders missing then a hole appears and lo and behold no shale or machinery. However its been done and dusted so moving on. The fixtures are in place, the points limit is in place, get on with it, stop bleating and deal with it. My club will go without 2 big hitters in Tungate and Manzares which im far from happy with but i wouldnt dream of a lower limit or stopping the start of the season. Why do Poole feel they use a different set of rules to the rest of us? Blimey if Poole cant win they start blubbing and take their toys away. As i said would they bleat if it was Danish riders and Lynn were without NKI Bjerre and Porsing? The answer is no. So use the asset base and build your team stop moaning and bloody well get on with it.

The best World Champion i have seenin my lifetime would be a draw between Tony and Hans, both won the one off and both won gp series.
