Its amazing how some do work and how some dont, must just be my system. Public sport has just gone offline, so Im not connected to the network. Bang in the middle of a heat though!

Ive posted on this subject in the past and TBH I thought it had died a death. Having lived in Spain for 4 years not so long ago, Im sceptical on the whole thing. Im not really sure that speedway would ever take off out there, not enough interest in the sport, even if it did get the go ahead. That has a ? mark next to it also because the Spanish authorities are notorious for their red tape tactics, especially when it comes to the brits. Public awareness is non-existent in speedway in Spain and the local councils etc wownt break any boundries to introduce something that would probably never take-off. I know, I have first hand experience of it.
I wish everyone involved all the best and I shall be paying a visit there in a couple of months, by which point it will hopefully be up and running.

Great result from the lads but it wasnt exactly hard was it?
Fair enough, though, you can only beat whats put in front of you and we did that.
Lets hop we do ourselves proud in the final.
Any one have the scorecard, or our boys numbers please?

All the best to James Wright tonight. I hope he goes well. Dito Billy Forsberg.

Well, I lived out in Spain for about 4 years and, believe me, its darn difficult to get through the red tape over there. Some of the regulations they have are beyond words. Ive been following your progress for some time russ and I very nearly came up to the track about a year ago just before I left, I only lived along the coast in Malaga. Ive been on your website many times and it looks like a great venture, but also a very difficult one. Speedway in Spain is more or less unheard of and trying to swing around the local public will never be easy, but keep going, Im sure everyone over here is 100% behind you.
All the best, guys.

This is Crumpies year, believe me. His machinery is awesome at the minute, people just cant keep up with him. However, hes waited some time now, and being fully fit, should take the crown off Tricky.
Top ten:
Jason Crump
Tony Rickardsson
Leigh Adams
Ryan Sullivan
Mikeal Karlsson
Mark Loram
Lee Richardson
Tod Wiltshire
Scott Nicholls
Jason Lyons(perhaps a little wishful)

And if they dont arrive............you have a problem.

That has to be the understatement of the century discoll, if a certain Tomasz Gollob is anything to go by. God knows how he gets on a bike and comes off in one peice.
I beleive all Poles are like that, hence the fantastic atmosphere.

Joanne, I was spelling Prague wrong, just a daft mistake. Things are coming along nicely now, should be booked up soon, going from Stansted I would imagine. I wouldnt mind Liverpool, its far more handy for me living in Manchester.
Transport may be a problem on arrival, not quite sure the distance from the airport to the stadium.
Things should even out with a bit of luck.
Cheers for the info.

According to the CSA website, theyre only flying twice in september, on the 27th and the 28th.
Tried Easyjet, and they dont fly their, which I dont believe.
Monarch dont either and my best bet is BA Europe, but the prices are sky high at the moment, any alternatives?
Anyone thinking of making a weekend of it, getting time off work is a pain in the a###, however. Its worth the hastle, Prauge is a beautiful City to see, and I,ll make a holiday of it if I can get away with it.

What an absolute shambles of a race track. Great advertisement for speedway, isnt it? I just hope someone doesnt get hurt. Dont know who was in front Gollob in heat 16 but had he been 2 metres further ahead (Gollob) it would have been pretty serious.
