As for Saturday night R/R at Number two seems ok to me, Nielsen, Halsey, Jacobs and either of the reserves should be ok. Looking forward to the meeting and hopefully we will bounce back immediately after Sundays blip and claim three if not all four points!!

It's not for me to decide or suggest ! If Blackleg ( sorry Blackbird ) isn't going to be available regularly for the Tigers then something needs to be done !
My primary team is the Witches but I have a real affection for Mildenhall and it pains me to see them lose on Sunday when in all probability in my opinion they would have won with a full team !
It just winds me up when a good settled team has to suffer because of situations like this farce ! It's bad enough losing riders to injury ( like Nathan ) and now this on top !
I know a few out there may not like my opinions but I'm entitled to them and The Tigers season could ( maybe ) go pear shaped !

So Blackbird is missing another meeting to ride for Leicester, happy days ! At Mildenhall the other week they clearly announced an agreement had been made for him to only miss one of the Tigers meetings ! Missing 2 in 6 days is ridiculous ! Either Leicester are going back on the original deal or someone didn't get something down on paper they should have !
I know Michael Lee has expressed his displeasure over Sunday's situation but if Blackbirds priorities are now away from West Row then replace him is what I say ! Then when he gets dumped by Leicester for underperforming he will be out of a job !

Lewis has quite rightly stepped up to the Pl and there where he should be riding at this stage,good luck to him,Mildenhall need to get used to it,it what we need to happen more often in the NL-----Riders improving and stepping up

I've previously stated that I want him to progress at the right time in other posts but it's sad to say loyalty is missing in this case and life in general these days !!

I as others have said have no issues with riders trying to better themselves or enhance their careers but when it's to the detriment of the team who took you on board and made you captain I really think it's a bit much !
He should be loyal to and ride for Mildenhall first and foremost this season IMO and if good enough move on next year !

I'm sorry , but this is a cock up by somebody somewhere and the losers are Mildenhall losing their captain to a meeting where with all due respect to him he probably won't score many , signed up for the season as captain and he buggers of to ride for Leicester ! I think it's wrong but it's all about opinions I suppose .

Does anyone know who exactly Lewis Blackbird is riding for on Sunday as apparently Leicester are insisting that he will not be riding for Mildenhall as their start time is 6.00pm ? Wasn't this meeting brought forward to allow him time to get to Leicesterfor a 7.30pm start ? If so it's an absolute joke !!!

Well , been away on hols for a couple of weeks and come back to some interesting debates .
Rohan should do ok at no1 as he's won a few races from the no2 position anyway but the averages are currently incredibly close so if Leigh does pick his game up he could well end up the season at no1 again . I still don't think we have it in our locker to really achieve anything this season as there are too many strong teams out there !
Things do really need a good shake up for next season though and you would have thought with all his connections in the sport Chris Louis ought to be able to find some more talent like Rohan to bring in !
Well here's hoping !!!

Weather forecast is seriously not looking promising for this one ( long periods of rain predicted during the day) .
I'm going for a home win for the Tigers but can't decide by how many as neither team is lining up as it would want .
The loss and use of r/r for Richie W will obviously have an impact for Stoke and Jo Jo returning straight into team for the Tigers with no practice could be a big mistake or an inspired decision ?
The reserves could be quite influential in this meeting as well with the loss of Nathan probably having the most impact ( no disrespect to Joe Graver of course ) . Also Ben Reade seems to be flying at the moment !
All in all , looking forward to a good meeting as long as it goes ahead ( here's hoping )

Such a shame as Nathan was really beginning to show his potential , hope it heals quickly for him , young bones do mend alot faster at his age than mine ( 50+ )
This is a massive loss for the Tigers though , finding a replacement of his talent for a reserve berth in this league will be nigh on impossible !
Anyway , well done on the win last night and a speedy recovery for Nathan !!!

Well I've been going to Foxhall on and off for 35+ years and ive never seen such a lack of passion within a Witches team ! Even in some of the dark days of massive strings of consecutive defeats the effort was always there if not the quality . I really do fear for future of this club as I think this season is pretty much gone ! I seriously hope I'm wrong about that and I suppose time will tell !
If the likes of Scunny have a bad spell then strengthen their team why are we not doing something similar ? I know there will be those who will ask me what I would do but it's not my job to make those decisions ! Quite simply if a team isn't performing something has GOT to be done !!! If I don't do my job properly I would be sacked , so do something now !!!!!

Is it allowed to open a book for taking bets on here ? ( only kidding ) because if it was I would love to know the odds for Pedersen being responsible for the most crashes ? He is seriously one rider who gives others hard riding but can't take it himself . You always know when an incident is his fault ( he wags his finger ) !

Well I'm certainly not happy with mid table mediocrity ! I honestly believed we had built a team that could go places this year with every rider certainly capable of winning races . I know we've had the horrendous injury problems but for the most part I think it's big time underperforming that's the issue and not the lack of ability !
And just to put my 2 pence worth in , I would still go and support the team whatever league we are in and where we happen to be in that league ! ( however unhappy I may be about it )

Somebody mentioned the PL 4's , what is the criteria for who's in it then ? For a team not to be selected to defend their title is ridiculous !

Can anyone explain or know the criteria for this competition as it's been announced that the defending champions , Ipswich are not included this year !

I take it this meeting is the same price as usual to attend ? I think they may have had a very high turnout had they dropped the price to a tenner or something .
