The lease of the whole stadium is held by the Kart people, if BMR are running Flat Track they must be hiring the stadium from the Kart people.

The Lease is now owned by the Kart People according to Companies House.

Chris has made a great start at Ipswich this season rarely dropping a point, on a track "its a while since he's been there" and whilst I have no grudge to bare with Ipswich it is probably about the worst shaped track in the country for the rider like Chris, yet he immediately got "the set up and lines sorted" As Rye House and Glasgow have been banging on about Mr Harris, he is not quite the rider his image have cleverly cultivated. Theres a reason why a 9/9.50 rider lands up with a 7/7.50 average every year. Good luck this season Somerset fans.

But surely the Bond (I believe to be 50K - 60K) is to only cover Speedway related debts.

How much was the total debt?

If that is true Chris then that is ridiculous. The Bond is there to cover ANY debts incurred by a promotion, who is to say the debt to a rider is too large or the debt to a landlord is too excessive, the bond should be there to make sure in the event of a promotor not fulfilling his obligations the BSPA will make good these debts (presumably the BSPA did not get paid in full themselves). Maybe the debts were so large that the BSPA exhausted the bond without paying everybody in full, if this is the case then BSPA should list in detail how the bond was distributed.

Thanks Chris, but as Carter & Bailey Ltd who owns the leasehold of the stadium and according to Companies House is still active but with Robert Scott not Warren Scott as director, then the BSPA could address their issues there or would this action open a "can of worms" for the BSPA?

I still don't understand that if riders are still owed money from the Rye House management then why has that not been paid from the bond? or, if the bond was not paid, why has the BSPA not sued the Rye House management?

As mentioned above Carter & Bailey Ltd is still active and in the Sep 2017 accounts it had Gross Assets of £924,547 (one would presume that is the lease with the Lea Valley). The companies sole director is Robert Scott (nine years younger that Warren)

Amazed to read in the Speedway Star today "Lakeside are unable to compete at Rye House with the BSPA said to be in dispute with the former Rockets promotion over their mid-season collapse" 1) Then why did Lakeside have permission to ride there at the end of the season? 2) What is the "dispute" with the former promotion? It is common knowledge that there has been late payers before and to my knowledge it has never resulted in this action. 3) What has the dispute go to do with Lakeside?

Chris Harris on £100 per point? nothing like that at Rye House AND he didn't try most of the time, and according to Glasgow supporters we weren't the only one to suffer he selective efforts, yet when it came to Poole boy did he suddenly find the effort (could it be he hopes to secure next season with one of the best paying teams?)Just guessing
