Did MM ride enough matches to qualify as a Eastbourne asset ? If not I fear he will be Poole bound.

I'm guessing hoggy can only choose a team from the budget given to him. I'm sure if that fund was unlimited you would get a very different team.

I'm sure Todd started on a 3 so Brady must too I imagine as the criteria will be the same.

As a Ipswich fan I hope that does not happen as I like weekly speedway with a regular team.

I would love to know if anybody has the statistics for the following. What percentage of meetings featured both teams without guests or R/R What percentage had guests, R/R and both ? If all 3 leagues could be worked out it may give a indication of where speedway is going wrong.

I do like the play off system especially when the title is decided at the end few heats. But last night it was dead after heat one. We need to look at the bigger picture is the play off system better or would you prefer a full season for every club into October. A meaningful ko cop competition. Play offs are great for the teams that are in them but everyone else's season just peters out. The premier league system this year tried to over milk the cow. Instead of 6 clubs having big crowds results conspired to make several meetings pointless. If I had a choice I'm not sure which way I'd vote tbh

Adam has a decent average so would Steve boxall fit ? If not I'd go for Ben Morley

For me it has to be the Alan partridge of presenters. Mike Bennett. His winding up of the away fans, massive ego and lurid clothes always made me cringe.

I know from talking to Leigh he wanted to ride at 3 but no other rider would swap. I would suggest that the riders need to ride where the management feel they are most use to the team. I'd put tungate at 5 Morton at 3 and Leigh at 4

Speedway is unique. You get sweet FA for success financially as in prize money. Normally a team that wins the league loses money due to the wage bill increasing

Personally if I was in charge I'd give every child in all the local schools a FREE season ticket every year. Very few kids can get to foxhall or be allowed to go on their own so they have to bring a paying adult with them. I'd love to know what difference it would make. I started going at a 13 year old and got hooked and still attending 28 years later.

Ipswich have recently been selling the old programme which was rained off when the team returns but provide a up to date insert and reduce the cost of the programme to £2. This seems a fair compromise as the promotion reduces their losses and the fans save a bit without feeling ripped off. You are also informed before you buy that it's a old prog with a insert so at least you can decide. I think this should happen at all tracks

My first trip to Plymouth for speedway and I enjoyed it. Thought the track was well prepared and provided some decent racing. Shame the meeting was curtailed but due to Ben barker geeing up the riders for the rerun of heat 13 we managed to get all 4 points.
