I totally agree with you last week at Leicester we had the world champion Tai in town and there was a fantastic crowd and a great atmosphere,last night no disrespect to Lakeside totally different I appreciate Wolves is a bit of a local derby but this sport relies on the paying public watching top riders,we need the likes of Tai,Darcy,Niels,Chris Holder in our leagues. As for this weeks meeting, what's the point and that's pretty much what the lions management think,why pay elite league wages when PL will do.An absolute joke. Looking forward to the return visit on Saturday night, let's hope Darcy is on song,him and Doyley in a race is a great prospect.

Well done to young Max Clegg and to Tom Perry both gave it there all last night.For the first time this season our reserves have comprehensively out scored the opposition and swayed the meeting in our favour.Some good heats but why in the interval did the tractor come out and grade so heavily that the track became dangerous with far too much grip,Doyley came off and none of the riders looked happy with it they were all over the place,then two heats later the tractor comes out to pull all the dirt off again. Madness and probably cost us all three points. Good to see Lewis Bridger going well great entertainment to see him trying everything to beat Steady and Doyley in Heat 10. Once again well Maxy

I agree From what I've seen this season probably the best meeting in ages,great result for the lions and half way thru would never have seen it. Doyleys tactical ride turned the meeting on its head especially with PK looking unbeatable till that point.Have to feel a bit story for Wolves with Perry ef when leading and Tai in 15.Well done to Klindt thought he rode great also great to see the old man PK back to some form not forgetting Buzz riding side by side with Bomber for 4 laps,great race!

You have a fair point Shale searcher and an honest opinion from Steady but he has been riding really well recently and has been gating well and knowing once you gate at BP you are gone. Surely if you are team manager you make the decisions,I think if Rosco had been in the same position there would have been no argument.

Perhaps our promoter should have done what everyone has been asking for to cancel the meeting 10 points down after 5 heats ain't gonna have the crowds rushing to the turnstiles.

Us lions fans had better start that Raindance then. No doubt it will be a fine warm day across the country but BP will encounter a freak storm and flood the track a bit like what happened at Belle Vue last season

Maybe you have a point as Lewis Kerr has been tearing it up this season but if Doyley was out there and regular no 5 who knows but I reckon we would have sneaked it. I think the stars will go on and win the lot as they are the best 7 in the league from what I've seen and will be deserved champions.You have a very balanced team and an out and out no 1.A lot of people say that we lack an out and out no1 but I disagree Doyley is top draw and Mads too.

Looking at what the Stars have done this season I was excited by this meeting but by midweek when the teams were announced my excitement was dampened a little then with the rain and the forecast for more later I expected a rain off so made other plans. Well done to the Stars on your win but I think if Jason was around we would have won.I know Niels and Rory did a great job but apart from Mads they didn't have to work too hard. No disrespect to Peter Karlsson but 4 points is hardly what you expect from your home no 1. Our promotion needs to get the team sorted and replace Houggard with a quality rider to match Jason and Mads and by the posts on here this morning from the stars fans maybe the track too. Ive never really slagged off the track but I have to say the racing is hardly racing.Maybe I should move to Norfolk Becoming very disillusioned by it all

Gary Barlow in for Tom Perry next weekend and Robbie in for JD,now that would magic We need Lewis 'Back for Good',but that will never happen cos we booted him out. Good luck to Lewis just hope he's injury free all season, he's a gem

Wow that sounds like some state of the art TV. Where the hell did they buy that from not Argos I bet? Didn't take much notice of the stadium,too busy looking at the Start line girls,they looked even better in HD. How come we don't have them at BP
