    Forum Error.

Does Microsoft updates cause problems with the servers/databases when they patch up windows updates every month. Can remember windows updates causing problems in the past and as taken a day or two to be rectify by them.

FIM Anti Doping Code Rules 2015. http://www.fim-live.com/fileadmin/user_upload/documents/CMI/2015/Anti-_Doping_Code_2015.pdf Could not find 2014 Anti Doping Code Rules. In regard to Neil Middleditch comments on twitter the following Speedway Control Bureau regulations state. 4.1.6 Riders, Officials, Employers & Employees are required to conduct themselves in an orderly and disciplined manner at all times. Proceedings or acts must not be committed that are prejudicial to the interests of any part of the ACU, SCB, BSPA or of the sport of motorcycling generally by way of any and all verbal or written communication in any format. 4.1.7 The use of foul, abusive or offensive language, profane activity or fraudulent comments by any accessible medium, e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Blogs, Texts, Webshots, Instagrams, Public Forums or any other Social Network sites etc., (this list is not exhaustive) is not permitted. Also Speedway Control Bureau regulations state regarding. BANNED SUBSTANCES (ALCOHOL, DOPING & DRUGS) 4.2 BANNED SUBSTANCES (ALCOHOL, DOPING & DRUGS) Riders and Officials are forbidden to use or to suffer from the effects of using alcohol, drugs or any doping product and testing may be carried out at any Meeting or Training Session. 4.2.1 WORLD ANTI-DOPING AGENCY (WADA) The ACU (SCB) has adopted the WADA Code (www.wada-ama.org) under the auspices of the UK Anti-Doping in Sport body (UKAD) and have granted jurisdiction in all cases arising under these WADA anti-doping rules to the UKAD’s National Anti-Doping Agency including the Case management. UKAD Rules, Policies and Codes, including up to date Prohibition Lists are available on www.ukad.org.uk/resouurces/documents. To establish the status of “over the counter" and "prescription only" medicine at the website www.globaldro.co.uk 4.2.2 SCB ALCOHOL & DRUG TESTING Pursuant to the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 which places a duty of care for Workplace health, safety and welfare, the SCB may order Drug and/or Alcohol Testing to take place before, during or after a Meeting of any Officials or Riders. These tests (and the subsequent results and penalties) do not fall under the scope of the WADA. 4.3 TESTING PROCEDURES Riders and Officials (NB. only the Promoter who signs the Meeting Certificate will be subject to Alcohol Testing) may be balloted, nominated or selected for testing. They will be notified of a time and place to report to. They may be accompanied by one other person, both of whom will be required to confirm their identification that may involve showing an acceptable document (Passport, Photo Driving Licence, FMN Competition Licence, SCB Registration or Licence). 4.3.1 The Person(s) conducting these tests, hereinafter referred to as the Testing Official, may be either a UKAD Anti-Doping Control Officer (DCO) or an SCB licenced Official, specifically nominated by the SCB will conduct these tests in an appropriate area where any possible influence of Methanol will be negated, i.e. well away from the Pits Area. 4.3.2 Where testing is conducted by a UKAD DCO then the Officer (s) will explain the full procedure to be adopted. 4.3.3 When testing is conducted by an SCB Official the following procedures will be followed: The Rider / Official will choose a “test instrument attachment” and under the direction of the Testing Official, will supply either: a) a sufficient quantity of breath to ensure that an Alcohol Test reading can be taken; repeating as necessary until such time as sufficient breath is provided or the appropriate quantity of Saliva to enable the equipment to perform the tests. Upon completion of the Test, the Testing Official will notify the Rider or Official of the result. If the result of this, being either the 1st or 2nd Test is positive, a further test will be undertaken after a suitable delay period. If a 3rd test is necessary, this must be held as near as possible to the Meeting Start time and two independent Witnesses shall be present; the result of this 3rd Test will be final. If the result of this 3rd Test is positive (or the Rider / Official refused to undergo testing, in which case they will be charged with an additional offence that carries a mandatory fine and period of suspension) they will be disqualified from the Meeting and if this is a Team Event then no Facility nor replacements are permitted in any Programmed rides. Furthermore the Rider / Official will be subject to further testing, at their own expense prior to starting their next Meeting.
