If they are getting a lot of the coaches of fans returning from Cardiff, where on earth are they going to park?

Also the last time I was there the Little portable bar on the 3rd & 4th ( wonder if it's still there ran out of beer & there was.only 3 of us using it... so how will they cope with a load of hungover thirsty speedway fans north of Manchester

when was havvy in charge at the sh it pit

Check ya history on 1990/91 season... & I was actually meaning when havvy was in charge of Redcar... A lot of anti havvy fans should think themselves lucky that they now have a team which isn't fighting for the wooden spoon at the moment..

Hands up i got that wrong although i still feel Elliot benefited from the return to the 3.00 base average. In his last meeting he spent his time being swapped out for Butcher while struggling at Plymouth, his last home fixture he got double figures but against a very sub par visiting side. His home average is decent and i can see why Mildenhall have picked him up but his away record was poor and needs to be vastly better before achieving NL heat leader status and is definitely a few years off Champs level.

He still done a good solid job in his 1st season in the National league and would've learned so much in readiness for next season ( lucky lad is soaking up the sun now on his jollys in Tenerife )

Although I now live in Walkerville since 2015 & did before that live in Wallsend for 29 years, I was born and bread in the west end & I believe west is best, but you have got the beast from the east though he he!

So if west is best why live in the east... It's obviously which is the best ha

Yeah fair enough . I have Redcar top 4 . I have Edinburgh and Eastbourne outside the top 6 also . But its only my opinion and no one has to agree . He says write up of the Brummies and where he places us dont really concur either but hey ho ..

These predictions are normally way off the final tables at times !! Looking at some of the sides built in the league some have gone top 5 heavy hoping the 6&7 do well enough to maintain a 5 point average home & away & the top 5 can score at least 42 to 45 points between them... & Others are hoping there reserves like ours at Newcastle can score 7 to 10 between them & also hope are 2to5 can get 30 points which will take a lot of pressure off vissing & hope he can maintain an 8 point average.. my opinion. But looking at the league it's looking good

You will have to give me more than that as I can't think of a 5 letter word that starts  "blank S H blank blank" that means poor or not very good... and I thought I used to be good at blankety blank... Ruffdiamond is the guy for that...

As for your argument that the team isn't very good... well it certainly doesn't stack up now... how can it... you will only find that out when the season starts and as pointed out Worky in Speedway Leicester in Football were both deemed to be poor teams yet went on to great things... So currently the holes in your arguement are there for everyone to see... like I said it's your opinion that I hope is wrong as I would like to see them do well and I think they will... at least at this point of the season I think they will... hopefully I am proved right and you are wrong... but only time will tell...

On the word that is being auto corrected it shows your intelligence when it has been pointed out to your good self several times even before I picked up on it that it is incorrect... do you not have the vocabulary to use another word that means not very good... try this type in moron and see what that is auto corrected to... or stop using the word that comes out as Rubbishe and then your education levels will not come into question... and that's from a bloke who went to Longbenton High School...

The bloke is fine thanks... are you really from Swindon or do you live down Pottery Bank?

    Regards

Pottery bank Is to upper class for a numpty from Wiltshire

Actually both James and Charles Wright nearly became Newcastle riders in 2003 without them knowing. Both Kenny Smith and I had heard about James being decent and we wanted him to join the then Gems. We put feelers out and were told by quite a few people that we should go for Charles as he would become the better rider. I think he had the better style and was younger, and I think he crashed more. Though Kenny we made an approach for both of them, only to find out that Jan Stachman and his mechanic( Darren Hartley the ref ?)  had just taken over the Buxton licence from the Moss family for one year, and that's ofcourse where they ended up. Imagine a team of Willie Lawson, Jamie Robertson, Richie Hall, along with both Wright's and both Branney's at that level. Not bad.

You know how to spot a talent !!  Keep it up

On big fast continental tracks though, they will find the tighter tracks over here a bit more tricky certainly to begin with. Personally I rate Smetana and IMO he could become a very good scorer for Newcastle over the next few seasons.

So he will probably score well at Berwick after the bends are taking in so there will more chance to attack entering the corners now rather than having to go high up on the line to cut back on the inside for a pass... Should be better racing now
