No surprise to see Rowe start well, I've said it before but it's impressive how every time he steps up a level he makes it look easy. Not by hitting big eye-catching scores every week but just quietly going about his business even when on paper you might say it's possibly too early for him.

His NL average wasn't great when he signed for Somerset in the Championship but he did well enough to move up to number 2 within a few months. Pretty much everyone expected him to struggle there but a couple of meetings in he was beating Craig Cook in Heat 1 and finished that season with an excellent debut for GB in the test match against Denmark. Seemed to make a steady start to his Polish career last year too.

For some reason he doesn't get talked about as often as others in his age group but maybe going under the radar slightly without the hype is a good thing.

Thank you for your kind words regarding Anders, I am so pleased to be helping him out with a couple of new engines this year.

He and his dad Del are working tirelessly to move forward, I honestly believe he will be in the Ewinner league in Poland next year.

What in all that has anything to do with British Speedway league racing for the majority of UK fans??

The racing, at King's Lynn

From these 3 comments pretty much proves my point. You certainly couldn't sell the sport to a newbie or an oldie with those comments. It absolutely proves the death of the sport that you had to say any old nonsense just to say something.

British Speedway needs a hell of a lot of work to bring people in, right now it's dead. Facts

Like i said, Belle Vue Stadium & track one of the best in the world. OPEN your EYES

What is good about British Speedway,  in the last 5 years we have one of the best tracks Belle Vue in the World.

Team GB looking better than it has for a long time,.

The hard work in the last few years that Allen Stead & Vatcher have put in

Going to now 'ignore' the last four posters.  I replied to someone's comment with an honest answer about whether I ate meat (I do not and no, I don't support any sport that involves cruelty to animals) and get rude messages back as a result.  I understand that my stance on eating meat will make some people feel uncomfortable.  I used to feel the same.  We often get accused of hypocrisy by people saying that we oppose greyhound racing but still eat meat and I answered that I don't and get nasty comments for it.  Can't win with that one!  If I said I ate meat, I'd get accused of hypocrisy.  When I say I don't, I get told to eat a kebab (no thanks).

You can join Orion in saying what you like about me now as I won't see it (happily).

I came on here to support the speedway team and to see if our groups could work together.  I appreciate the supportive comments and messages I've had back and will just use the ignore button on the unpleasant ones.  Life is too short.

Do you honestley believe you are on here for the good of speedway, I can see through you straight away. Stick to other forums with your anti hunting field sport views.

Its people like you that worm yourselves in making out to be doing good for a sport, but all along you are trying to worm yourself in thinking you are doing good for the sport.

    You don't fool me!

I did thanks.  For about 20 years then I gave it up.  My only regret is that I didn't give it up earlier.

They say if abbatoirs had glass walls everyone would be a vegetarian!

When i lived in the highlands Scotland, i had 2 rare breed Gloucester Old Spot piglets, they had the best welfare & food, lots of Apples, Acorns, and cakes, Pies from lochinver Bread Shop.

I even whent through the whole process from transort to abattoir & witnessed nothing you are referring to.

I have no time for people like you. I bet you are against all field sports to!!

Absolute madness if any price increase with a much weaker product yet again - if any thing a decrease would do more to attract fans

What about specialist cleaning services to be employed, the money as to come from somewhere. I would have thought fans would be glad to watch live speedway. Hotel booked for the 17th
