Both Shanes and Ayres (as well as Baseby and Morley) all beat him at CP last year, so fair shout. -
Ben91 is correct, just had a look at my rules list and 16.2.1 States NL league matches only count for averages. Live and learn Ben91 is correct, just had a look at my rules list and 16.2.1 States NL league matches only count for averages. Live and learn

Cradley V Kings Lynn Young Stars 25/4/16 Nl
teaboy279 replied to Ommer Mon's topic in National League Speedway
I think the young stars seemed to be overlooked, but when you have a 5 pointer at reserve plus a strong top 5 I think they will test out most teams. Gonna say 6 point home win. -
Sorry Ben but I thought the cup matches DO count it's the NT matches that don't count.

Eagles Vs Fen Tigers (sat 23 7:30+ Sun 24th 3pm?)

The only thing I will add to that is, does a rider half a lap ahead of everyone produce a product to attract a paying public? That's a genuine question by the way. Since Kent have been in existence I by far enjoyed our first season the best, despite proping up the league with stoke. We had 3 "wobblers" but we got to see them develop as the season went on. Don't think we won a competive meeting till July 29th, but then we beat Coventry Stoke and then The Mighty heathens in the next few meetings. What a buzz that was, and our crowds stayed massive all season long despite knowing we were going to get turned over each week. -
Yeah completely agree, he is class

NT doesn't count on averages though. (or at least they didn't)

Birmingham V Cradley 20 April 2016 Nl

That would be awesome. -
Ellis Perks seemed to be going round ok yesterday, with dust coming off the wheels! Have Eastbourne got many spare dates or could this end up being a double header later in the year?
-
I have just gone through Heat by Heat, including a 15 point max for Ellis I predict a score of 40-50 and 4 league points to kent. Putting us right back in our place, top I would not get too excited about that, as the track was very wet, Cockle and Coles fell and Harvey Banks (not overly quick normaly) was "taking it steady at the back".All that said a win is a win is a win and can only do his confidence the world of good.

Strong Line Up that tbf -
UK Martin it does not change the fact that Buxton did everything correctly and all was ratified and put on the BSPA website in the declared Line Up. I have no affiliation with the Hitmen but in this instance they have been shafted royally. Got to feel go a club that only exists to develop riders and certainly does not have a win at all costs attitude. Infact I am shocked that anyone that knows Speedway is handing any blame to the club typical BSPA I am afraid.

I see on the updates that an announcement will be made shortly about Mudgeway's absence tonight. Potentially interested news I got the impression.

I can't see how it can be changed with sportsmanship in mind, otherwise teams can go top heavy in declarations then each week one of the sides bottom 3 can be missing for a meeting and a 2nd string gets one of his rides as rr.
-
I thought the only flexibility is changing around your 2,3,4,and 5 positions. That said they could get a Parkinson-Blackburn or smith as a 3 point guest or does it need to be a rider not declared in a teams 1-7?
-
Didn't think you could have rr for reserve?

**post deleted** I refreshed the page on my phone and reposted a post from yesterday.

Cheers pal, it was not on original press release hence why I had not seen it. Surely this is just banter just like Connor posting pictures of empty seats at last season s press night. All tongue in cheek and light hearted. Reading some of the reaction I thought he had threatened to stab someone or something. People do take life too serious at times
