That’s not the point at all. I’m saying Aussie results don’t translate to European form. Prime example being List and Tungate for that matter. He was in a field against one of the top u21 Aussie riders. Cook who came 2nd.

Australia results mean nothing. As proved time and time again. If we went by Aussie results Rohan Tungate might be the best rider in the world. also against a field with 1 real challenger in Cook because Gilmore was injured.

I agree. Ellis will never be a GP rider. To be a GP rider is insanely difficult. As proved by Cook. Looks one of the best riders in the world around Glasgow. Yet I doubt he is even considered in the top 40 riders in the world on the continent.

The problem is we have hardly any riders in top leagues. In Poland we have Tai, Lambert(who didn’t want to ride in it) and bewley. And then Just Bewley and lambert in Sweden. No wants to touch British riders. As proved by cook who was quite frankly ridiculed by the polish press for being a GP rider and being shocking in Poland. Wright cant get a spot in Poland. Until polish teams want british riders in bulk then we have very little chance of having multiple GP riders. Lambert was a bit early this year. And probs should have waited until 2022 anyway. You have to be able to ride the big tracks now. I do fear for lambert making The grade. He is a significant step behind Drabik and Smektala now. And it’s only a matter of time until someone like Holder, Kurtz, (one of the Danes or Germans who are coming figure it out.

Sure changes will be made If it’s not going right. Also the fords have everyone right where they want. Last 2 signings to be made so they get the most publicity.

You are looking on pure averages. Ippos heat leaders were pretty good and they had the lowest combined 3 heat leaders averages at end of the season. you are also looking at worrall and king from a prem point of view. Some riders can be great in one league and average in the other. Erik Riss is a prime example. king has been a very very good champ rider and maybe not hit the heights In the prem.

Somerset? BWD, Schlien and Barker are nowhere near the three we have.

Drabik, Hampel, Woryna are all far better riders than Jensen and Ellis. Drabik and hampel are better than batch.
