SteveO says that he can’t see any significant improvement being made from any of the Kings Lynn team but for me Lambert Kerr Rose Jorgensen and Proctor are all well capable of upping their average. With the return of NKI I think we are more than capable of finishing half way. Just can’t see that we are any worse than Swindon, Rye House or Somerset and I’m also not convinced that Leicester will be as good that a lot of people seem to think. If you can’t be positive about your teams chances in January then it’s going to be a long miserable time until October. Looking forward to Lynn proving certain people wrong.

One of our reserves looks like being either Manzares or Anderson and imo can’t see either one of them getting 6points on a regular basis especially away from home. Like you though after having the afternoon to think about it I don’t think things will be as bad as I first thought. Both Lewis Rose and Kerr along with Robert TJ and Ty will increase their starting average plus if our no1 is NKI I think he is more than capable of putting about half a point on his average so I don’t think it’s going to be all doom and gloom I realise that everybody has their own opinion on the subject but come the start of the season I hope ALL stars fans get behind the team and give ALL the riders plenty of support.

Like you I’ve come away from team announcements meetings so many times thinking that this is going to be our year only for various reasons to crush our hopes so maybe with the team that has been announced things could end up going in the opposite direction and we’ll have a good year. Unless the team changes drastically throughout the season dreaming is probably the only way we have any chance of making the playoffs

While Hans isn’t going to set the world alight he would be a pretty solid performer and it would also allow a place in the team for Lewis. Does mean that TJ would be our third heat leader when I was hoping he would fit into the team as our best second string.

About 14.5 to 14.7 I think. No miss calculation would be about 12.8 ish
-
one could be NKI and the other Kerr. If it is I would be more than happy with that.
-
Totally agree if it’s a 42.5 team building number then let teams build to it. If teams want to build top heavy then it should be their choice.
-
If we are unable to sign Niels I would be happy with either Morris or Thorssell both ride Lynn well and both are exciting to watch
-
What average would Zagar come in on?
-
Josh rode his socks off for King’s Lynn last year and I’m sure the majority of stars fans appreciated his efforts
-
didnt realise they cost that amount. Berwick have one surely they didn’t pay that sort of money. Out of interest how much does an air fence cost.

Ive watched Robert progress from the national League team through to the senior stars team and he is what i regard a proper kings Lynn rider who is still going to keep improving for the foreseeable future. I definitely think he has more potential than Nick Morris so would be gutted to lose Robert for 2018 but wouldn’t mind Morris as well as but not instead of

One rule I would like to see brought in is the compulsory use of track covers. Clubs should maybe be given two years to put these in place but for me covers are a no brainer. Promotors are always moaning about the amount of money that they lose on rained off meetings so surely after a short period of time they would pay for themselves. What do other supporters think ?
-
just enough rain pre meeting not to be called off would be nice def slow him down
-
Thats great news seems to have been the forgotten man at KL. Personally I hope he’s back at Lynn next year as I like to support local riders especially when you have seen them progress from the midland development league.
-
Being a KL fan I’m def not a Chris Holder supporter but as the season went on he was getting better and better until that fateful night v Poole. If he’s at Poole next year I can see him going well more than capable of getting his old form back.

When I made my original quote about using real averages I could also see your point of view about using a multiplyer especially if Tai returned as surely he couldn’t return on a seven. My worry is that if we continue with using multiplyers would it mean if NKI, Zagar and AJ along with say three or four top riders returned to the Premier League would we have to multiply riders averages down. No doubt the bspa will come under fire whatever they do. If we could afford holder last year surely Buster would find the money if NKI wanted to return.

count me in then -
so I presume you think if NKI makes a return to Kings Lynn his average should be increased by 1.2
-
Everyone moans about speedways rules and regulations so please let’s just use real averages from now on and get on with it.

The double header v Wolves is going ahead next week with a 7.30 start should be a great night of speedway. Notice some people on Facebook are moaning about the possible £25 entrance fee they feel it should still be £17 for both meetings. Just proves you can't keep some people happy. -

If we dropped a league would riders be able to earn enough money to survive? I would think not -

Sorry but even if there is things going on that we don't know about it doesn't excuse him for not giving 100 per cent when he's on track.
