There's not much you can do get 40+ year olds back to form. Ostergaard should never have been signed end of story -
Ostergaard also needs to go but replace him with who?

From Jordan Palin on Facebook Following the announcement by the management at Peterborough Panther’s I would like to confirm that I understand the decision and support the long term objectives of the Club. I have worked extremely hard over the winter to ensure all my equipment was ready for the new season and have been proactive in the development and progression of my career. It was and still is vital that my equipment is at the cutting edge of what is available. As with any development it can take time to fine tune, however my recent scores in the Championship and Poland have shown that my objectives for the development of the chassis and engine’s have now started to deliver against my high expectations for my own development. When I was made aware by the management of their decision I had to respect it and focus on the opportunities I had in Poland. The decision allowed me to book travel to enable me to attend the practice sessions with the coaching staff at Torun and that has enabled me to deliver in the very competitive U24 matches the following day. The help and guidance has also reflected in my contribution to the Team GB U23 performance. Whilst I remain a Peterborough Panthers squad member I will always give to the best of my ability, as I do with any club that I am lucky enough to represent. I wish Jordan the best of luck with his opportunity and can assure every one who knows me that I will continue to strive to deliver above expectation.

Plus Rob Lyon says he's worked with Jenkins before
-
So Jordan Jenkins replaces Palin for the next couple of meetings
-
Ouch

Is Kildemand fit yet? He did sign for Lynn after all
-
For me Ostergaard needs to go before his average changes
-
Agreed out of loyalty as there's not enough of it in the sport. Maybe it's simply not a sport where you can be loyal with points limits changing yearly
-
The league has just improved and Panthers haven't. We stayed the same whilst the others evolved, I don't think it's any more than that. The points limit raised, other clubs signed the likes of Iversen, Kildemand, Zagar, Holder, Fricke, Doyle, Musiliek, Kurtz, Masters etc and we stayed loyal like a lot of us fans wanted as they were bloody brilliant last year. We messed up team building quite simple
-
Last in our home leg of the pairs ouch
-
I get he's self employed but it is a bit mad how many meetings he's riding
-
Scott Nicholls is 44 today. Didn't realise he was that old
-
It was. Excuses are being made

Peterborough v Belle Vue - 9th May

This 100%. it's looking for someone to blame -
Or don't sign Ulrich on that average. They were loyal and there's not enough of it these days but there's loyal and there's almighty gambles
-
For me we have to be careful here. I see the dogs starting to come out for Buster and the track, it has a feel of just because we're losing we look for a scapegoat like king's Lynn did last year. This management and team defied all the odds last season when they should've been nowhere near in reality, in hindsight they should've gone out on a high but fancied another shot at it which is proving the wrong call. Last season should never be forgotten as it was so special. It wouldn't surprise me if Kildemand ended up in the team as soon as he's fit, Klindt is also available.

He should never have been signed on a 7+ average.

Yep dad's army are done. Legends for last season but they're finished -
Silly comparison. I just feel it may have been one injury too many. I don't want to see a legend sacked though
-
I think in reality Hans is done as a heat leader level even in the UK

Of course it did. Ostergaard and Andersen in particular were never going to reach 7 point averages again -
