Gutted to see BWD out for 6 months but given the amount of injuries he’s had in recent season’s its good too see him resting up and getting back to full fitness. Could we see Hans drop down to reserve -

He didn't exactly pull up many trees the last time he rode for us in the Championship. -

I thought the club was looking to bring in a new, young, never been seen in the UK before, asset to ride at no 7? -

There is about as much chance as Sheffield signing Nicki Pedersen and Ipswich signing Jason Crump... Oh that did really happen -

Indifferent about not signing Crumpy, on one hand disappointed cause he was my hero when I was growing up but on the other hand a 8.21 average for someone who hasn’t ridden in a competitive league for 8 years is a massive gamble imo. Lets hope we get some signing news of our own this week. Bring back Flyin Ryan -

They have lost the support of my Grandad whose been going to Peterborough since Boston closed in 1987, who introduced me to supporting the club and I have been taking him to meetings for the last 3 years because he cannot drive full stop or walk more than 20m without a break. All the people who I have sat around since I started going 15 years ago all (did) make use of the disabled parking, and I have no doubt that this will stop them from going to meetings now. I will still go to meetings but my experience will be extremely hampered by this. -

I said that throughout the whole of last season, the better races were when the times were slower. Did we break the track record 2 times last year or was it more? Fricke (57.9) and King (57.4) definitely did. The better races round the showground are when its 59+. -

Is it me or is that a pretty pointless announcement? I know people want news of a team but do the club really need to make a statement like this? It was obvious we weren't getting any team news until after the 13th? http://www.peterborough-speedway.com/news.php?extend.3731 -

We have had an announcement about an announcement about an announcement being made. Wooden spoon again then. "PETERBOROUGH fans are just over a week away from learning who their first signing will be for next season. And the club have confirmed team building plans are set to include a combination of new and familiar faces.Co-promoter Colin Pratt is in favour of keeping riders fans can identify with, pointing to Swindon’s argument that they wanted to keep the same team which won the league. And even though Panthers struggled in their first season back in the top flight for various reasons, some of the team are set to return to the Showground." -

Edited* Thanks for your kind words.

If we do come to tapes in 2020, Ty, Hans and Scotty need to be nowhere near the team, I’d take Charles (as a 3/5), Rohan (as a 3/5) and BWD (as a 2) from the riders we have had as permanent riders this year. Summers at a push possibly.

To be even leading at any point in this meeting, Ipswich should be embarrassed
