I said at the start of the season, signing Bellego on a 7.30 average was a bad idea, especially with weak reserves. His form at the end of 2017 was poor. -

Wouldn’t be surprised if Swindon finish in bottom 2 now. People keep going on about this strong top 5 for Swindon, sorry Bellego can’t even beat Simon Lambert, TWICE!!!!!! Poole will be hard to stop now Steve, really strong reserves whilst we still have Jack I only score points when someone falls Smith. -

How is Kristian Pieszczek for David Bellego when the new averages come out in August a bad idea. -

Alun Rossiter: “Tobiasz (Musielak) lifted in his last race when he was in a good position, that would’ve made it a lot easier in the last for us had he held on. “David (Bellego) should be beating their reserves, I know he’s just come back from injury but he’s better than that. “Those moments were defining. But all in all in was a good effort by everybody." Sounds like Rosco has already thrown the towel in for 2018, just going through the motions. It is what it is attitude. -

Somerset - 2pts ahead 3 meetings in hand. Wolverhampton - 1pt behind 2 meetings in hand. Belle Vue - 3pts behind 2 meetings in hand. Kings Lynn - 4pts behind 4 meetings in hand. Poole - 5pts behind 2 meetings in hand. Changes needed now otherwise, no playoffs. Simple as that. You can all shoot me down as always, if you snooze you lose. -

Bellego is costing Swindon any chance of gaining a point, beaten twice by Simon Lambert. -
Jack Smith Scores 0 • 2 • 1 • 3+1 • 1 • 0 • 0 • 1 • 0 • 2+1 • 2 • 2

What would make a difference is replacing one of the top 5, if Bellego or Morris has a shocker tonight.

Surely last chance saloon for Jack Smith, needs to beat at least Simon Lambert otherwise bye bye Jack. -
At least change Smith for Max Clegg.

I noticed when watching a replay of the meeting on BT Sport, Natalie Quirk completely ignored Nick Morris comments about British Speedway when interviewing him. -
Bellego when the new averages come out in August. We all know I’m not Bellego’s biggest fan, he did well on Monday night, even though he got lucky in heat 1.

Our number 1 is struggling with form especially away from home, Bellego & Musielak don’t score well at the Norfolk Arena, and with Jack Smith at reserve (essentially a 6 man team), will be massive ask to even gain a point. Need the top 5 to get at least 9-10 points each. Can see Rosco ringing the changes if it’s another heavy defeat this evening. #DROPJACKSMITH -
Krystian Pieszczek on 6.36 average is tempting surely, I know Rosco is a fan and was surprised he was axed by Leicester.

Swindon new averages from 1st August as it stands, not including Monday’s meeting. Troy Batchelor 8.41 Nick Morris 8.04 Tobiasz Musielak 6.96 Adam Ellis 6.49 David Bellego 6.10 Zach Wajtknecht 4.04 Jack Smith 2.00 TOTAL - 42.04 (Only 0.46 left)
