Dont say that to Redcar fans as Jason Edwards is fast becoming the star of the show, leading opposition numbers 1’s for fun ! -
No, they managed that all by them selves.

Lakeside were never supposed to have Fridays as their official race night, it was supposed to be Saturday, but Cook had the management over when he released his fixtures. Hence the back lash. -
BERWICK v OXFORD (NDL) Saturday, April 9th (7pm)
Fortythirtyeight replied to crescent girl's topic in National League Speedway
Isn’t that what the NDL is supposed to be about ? To give riders a chance to develop ? You shouldn’t expect higher standards in the lower league. -
The grandstand capacity used to be 1;000 so , if it was half full, and it didn’t look that full on the photographs, was there nearly 1,000 spread out elsewhere?

Plymouth v Poole KO Cup 1st leg 5/4/22
Fortythirtyeight replied to Steve Shovlar's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
You’ve never been to Scunthorpe on a weekend then. -
Judging by previous comments on here regarding numbers they have been way out, so you can almost guarantee it won’t be accurate. Good crowd reported at the Ben Fund but the photos don’t bare that out, but then what is a ‘ good crowd ‘ ? If your talking Newcastle it could be over 250, if your talking Ipswich it could be over 1,000, Birmingham need over that ! it all depends on the club and the break even figure.

Leicester vs Birmingham 26/03/2022 KoC 1st Round 1st Leg
Fortythirtyeight replied to iainb's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Your fast becoming an embarrassment to Redcar with your silly posts. Leicester was built by the same man who built Redcar, although it has been tinkered with a number of times. A lot of tracks have there own racing line, some because they are around football or rugby pitches, some because of the angle of the bends, no two tracks are the same. Does that mean they are all ‘ cheating ‘ ? No it doesn’t ! As a famous world champion said “ They are all there to be ridden “. -

Why don’t you give it a rest ? Your embarrassing Redcar fans with your futile posts, it’s done, move on and grow up. -
Yep, it appears we have someone with ‘ issues ‘ trying to get attention.

Northern Junior League 2022
Fortythirtyeight replied to edmon's topic in Youth Speedway and Development Leagues
When the co- ordinator decides too but I think there will be something official shortly as the first fixtures are at the end of this month. -
No need to respond as nobody’s arguing. A few first meeting minor issues otherwise a typical Redcar race night as the new promotion team carry on the good work of the last few years. Produce a good product, run it properly with enthusiastic staff, keep your sponsors happy and the crowd will come , hopefully !

As the programme only exists in the Premiership for 2022 you expect the likes of the Millars, Chatting etc to be included ??? No disrespect to them but they are not going to be mentioned as Premiership rising star candidates . -

I’m informed the league co-ordinator is James McGregor ( SCB) and they are awaiting just one club to confirm it’s dates. -
Number 8 for each team and Junior League
Fortythirtyeight replied to Flappy's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Whilst they may pay the ‘ no. 8 ‘ something I doubt very much if they will pay the junior team those pay rates . The NDL was only supposed to be paying £10 a point. There shouldn’t be a gulf in levels as they are all ‘ rising stars ‘, not novices. -
Number 8 for each team and Junior League
Fortythirtyeight replied to Flappy's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Won’t be many costs as the PJL is regionalised so they will only ride a grand total of 4 matches , two home , two away . -
No one knows, not even the BSPL.
